If you want quality healthcare services do not go here. I have never been treated so badly in my life and I paid cash. They double booked me and I had to wait two hours just to get in and see the nurse practitioner. I had an appointment to see a doctor because I had to get a physical done by a doctor not a nurse. By the time I got in they told me the doctor left for the day. If they would have let me in when I had an appointment everything would have been fine. Remember this is for a physical nothing complicated if you are sick and you go here you have a death-wish. They wasted three hours of my time just to tell me they could not do it. The staff was rude and unprofessional and treated me like I was just another worthless person bothering them at work. If you want a doctor that takes your money and treats you like an animal then go here but you are better of at the vet.

I wouldnt necessarily give my low rating to the Physicians Assistant that I saw, I would give my terrible rating to the front office staff. They have absolutely no idea what they are doing. I scheduled an appt as a new patient, and told them exactly what I was coming in for. They were completely clueless with my insurance and setting me up. They had me call my insurance company to verify the doctor was down as PCP and that is not even needed for the coverage I have, even my insurance agent said the office staff must not have a clue what they are doing. I waited for over an hour to see the physicians assistant who wasnt even the one who could help me. Paid a copay and waited all that time for NOTHING. Not her fault, definitely the office management staff to blame. AWFUL AWFUL AWFUL experience and a huge waste of time. Dont go here.

Dont come here.... I almost divorced my wife for bringing me here while I was sick. Soo unorganized that They dont even cut the grass. Ghetto hood hospital. Do not come here they are very unorganized and no people skills. Loud ghetto clients and workers. My job has been trying to get ahold of them for two weeks and no response so now I have to fight for st disability. I think im going to sue because this is ridiculous. They dont answer calls or return voice mails.

I have been to this Dr. on several occasions, and I must admit, I have never seen the Dr. I have always seen the PA. Im beginning to wonder if there is an actual Dr. in the office. How ever, the PA is really good at what she does. I think she should be the Dr., and Dr. Andrews should be the PA.

My mother was just discharged from this clinic very rudely and the police was called on her for the office manager and the doctors not filling one of her blood pressure medications for 2 weeks. Its sad that we have to go through this just to stay alive... Be aware of this place....

They were disrespectful. When I became upset they told me I was no longer a patient. In ten years going there I Was NEVER seen by a doctor. Later found Dr Andrews had 4 medical offices and he NEVER went to any office. He had nurse practitioner at each and ever clinic.

Staff was fairly friendly, the nurse practitioner was very helpful, and atmosphere wasnt bad. Overall, I left the clinic feeling better than when I had arrived.
