Dr. J is absolutely wonderful. Can not say enough - highest recommendation! My family moved to Texas and needed a Dr. for our two children. Our boy was diagnosed with asthma in Honolulu a year before we relocated. The pediatrician at Kaiser Honolulu believed that our son would just grow out of it and dismissed the large tonsils. Very first visit with Dr. Jagani she looked into his mouth and whispered back to us "these need to come out." She was right about that and everything since. When Dr. Jagani tested our son for a thyroid problem because of his height and weight were are on the low side of the spectrum. She was correct - referred to Childrens Hospital in Dallas. Dr. White the specialist at Childrens Hospital was floored. Dr. White said that Dr. Jagani nailed it was- Hashimoto disease. He had never heard of a pediatrician testing for a specific protein like she did. She saved our son.

We had been taking our son to Dr. Jagani since birth and recently switched pediatricians due to the fact that Dr. Jaganis staff leaves a lot to be desired. Dr. Jagani is very kind and gentle with her patients however when you call her office and have to speak to her staff it just feels very impersonal and rushed. Her staff also has issues with filing insurance paperwork properly. If Dr. Jagani had a better staff (which is who we deal with more than we do the doctor) we would not have switched pediatricians.

Dr Jagani is a good doctor from my point of view but when we need help and call the office, he staff is not professional at all. They transfer calls from one nurse to the other, they dont have records organized. I called and ask for my daughter results and the nurse told me if the test was made in that office. I mean, why should I call to that place if the test was made somewhere else. The staff is very rude

Dr.Azra Jagani is really awesome .. she diagnosed very well. She cares and clearly explained the disease / illness in detail. Her plus is treats her patient with the smile. The staff member ,who is attending the call is not responding properly. Not even listening to us. Very very poor service.
