Dr. Shah and the Preston Smiles Family Dentistry staff provided me with awesome service. Dr. Shah is very caring and thorough with the knowledge and skill that he provides to his patients. I left with all of my questions answered and Dr. Shah provided me with additional information regarding my TMJ issue that I had not even considered. I can honestly say that I have finally found a dentist that I feel comfortable with and this is coming from a person who DOES NOT like going to the dentist, or should I say until I found Dr. Shah and Preston Smiles Family Dentistry. UPDATE: I recently had my second crown replacement by Dr. Shah and I think that this was the second time that I dozed off during the procedure. During the longer procedures I will close my eyes and both times Dr. Shah has asked me a question and I opened my eyes thinking "What did. Dr. Shah just ask me?" and "Did I just doze off?". I had to laugh at myself because prior to finding Dr. Shah I was terrified of going to the dentist, but no more. I have 100% confidence in Dr. Shah and Preston Smiles Family Dentistry.

I had not been to a Dentist in about 12 years prior to my appointment at Preston Smiles. Because of this I was very apprehensive, fearing I would need lots of major restoration and possibly some teeth extracted. When I arrived there was very little wait and my entire appointment lasted less than an hour. They performed a full exam, took comprehensive x-rays, and cleaned my teeth. Afterwards my teeth felt better than they had in over a decade! Dr. Shah is awesome! He took the time to show me the x-rays, answer my questions, and explain where I would need some fillings. His staff are also very welcoming; Pam and Gina helped alleviate my apprehension from the moment I walked in the door. After going back a few times for fillings and a crown, my experience has been nothing other than spectacular! Dont wait 12 years like I did, make an appointment and go!

I have been to many dentists over my lifetime and I wanted to make sure others knew about this great Doctor! Let me start with the initial phone call to schedule my appointment. The staff member I spoke to was very pleasant to talk to and she took her time to answer all my questions about my insurance etc. Also, I was able to schedule an appointment with ease. The clinic itself was very nice! It has a modern feel to it, without being tacky or too sterile. Dr. Shah is nice, very knowledgeable and great because he took his time to actually answer my questions. I never thought I would say this, but I look forward to my next dentist check-up in 6 months. Dr. Shah...the rest of my family will be visiting you soon!

I love to visit Dr. Shahs office. It is very immaculate and he has all the high tech, state of the art equipment in which I believe helps with a smooth and efficient visit. Dr. Shah and his staff are very friendly and professional. Although, I am not in network with Dr. Shah, I choose to stay under his care because of his flexibility, friendliness and because he takes part in every process of my visit from scheduling my appointment and cleaning my teeth. He takes his time to explain and show you everything. Finally, he cares about your overall health and not just your teeth. He has given me some great referrals to other doctors!!!

I just had another GREAT experience with Dr. Shah and his awesome team. The office is beautifully designed. They were prompt and attentive. I recently moved out of the state and traveled back to Dallas just to have my treatment done by Dr. Shah. I needed fillings and Dr. Shah was very gentle when I got numb and while he repaired my teeth. I couldnt even tell I had work done when the numbness wore off. I watched Netflix and listened to music while he worked! How great is that! I couldnt be happier. Even though I live out of town, I will be returning to Dr. Shah for years to come!

Took my 3 year old daughter for the 1st time. Going to the dentist for the 1st time could be scary but Dr. Shah and his assistant never made her feel scared at all. While I sat in the exam room, the various instruments used during the checkup and cleaning were referenced back to one of the Disney princesses. Not a single tear was shed by my daughter and she walked away happily ever after. Great reference from my neighbor and worth the drive all the way from Watauga!! Will definitely be returning back next year when she is 4!

Dr. Shah is not only outstanding dentist, he understand children in a way that allows me to never have to worry when we see him. We have never felt rushed or left with questions unanswered. He was excellent with both of my Boys and took time to show my oldest (who is learning brush on his own) how long he needed to brush and most importantly how to brush. Every Time we have an appointment, I always feel how lucky we are to have found an amazing man with an amazing smile who is great with Kids and Parent….

Preston Smiles Family Dentistry was by far the best experience Ive had with a dental exam (or any type of doctor’s exam, for that matter). The place was clean and superbly elegant! The staff were personable and professional! Gina at the front desk was friendly and pleasant to speak with, Pam was a sweet and knowledgeable assistant and Dr. Shah was all the above. They are the epitome of bedside manner! My only disappointment was that I had to move from the area. I highly recommend!

The staff here is simply awesome. Like many people, dentist appointments usually fill me with unease and dread. Coming here really puts my fears to rest, thanks to the friendly staff. I just got done with one half of my periodontal treatment and cant wait to go back for my next appointment. Oh! Like another person mentioned, they offer Netflix and or music to help relax you while they work! Dr. Shah is the best dentist Ive ever been to.

I have been taking my 5 year old to Dr. Shah for about 3 years. The office is beautiful, clean and up to date. The staff is always friendly and accommodating even if you are a few minutes late (oops!) and Dr. Shah is great with my son! He explains all of the tools and has him touch them before he starts to make sure he is comfortable and aware of what is going on. Thanks Dr. Shah and staff for a great experience every time.

First of all, the building is clean and orderly and I never wait more than 5 minutes. The people are extremely nice. Even though I come every six months, they always remember what I told them last time. I never feel any pain, sometimes that jet of water feels great when you can feel the gunk being removed! If you like to watch Netflix, they have it available while they work on you. Overall great dentist office.

My family has been seeing Dr. Shah for a couple years. He is absolutely amazing with our children! We have two young boys and his ability to interact with them throughout the visit keeps them interested and most importantly "tear-free". The office staff is excellent and friendly. All of the equipment and rooms are modern and state-of-the-art. We highly recommend him to all our friends and family.
