Dr. Samara is a wonderful doctor. He has been our kids doctor over 10 years. His advice and medical solution is very effective and he works very diligent. I only remember few times in 10 years he was busy with visiting new born babies and we had to see other doctors in his office. He is also a very reliable and friendly doctor to kids. But recently he moved to new office in Plano Presbyterian Hospital and our kid visited it weeks ago. His new nurse, the front desk scheduling staff, check out place admin are impatient and rude. The same feeling comes from our kid too, especially the nurse. They are not friendly as we experienced in his previous office. I hope they could be well trained to provide proper service.

Ever since Dr. Samara transferred to his new office at Forest Lane Pediatrics, the quality of care and attention to my two children has gone down significantly. The wait area is always over packed and the staff is not nearly as friendly as his staff at Pediatric Place. On July 17, I waited for an hour and a half for my child to be seen by Dr. Samara, before I got up and walked out. Because the health of my children is obviously very important, I rescheduled the appt only to be subjected to the exact same thing. Overall, Dr. Samara is a great doctor but this move to Forest Lane Pediatrics has been a rather unpleasant experience for my family and I.

Dr. Samara is fantastic with my 1 yr old. He has been her pediatrician since she was born and his bedside manners are so great. Unfortunately, since he has joined the new practice the wait time and new staff are not as friendly. Past three visits I have waited over an hour past appointment time. It is very hard to entertain a sick toddler in a small office. The staff only came to help after I peaked out the door and wondered what was taking so long.... I really like Dr Samara and his attentiveness with my baby but theres a lot of cons with the new place.

Dr. Samara and his staff are great! When one of my children is sick, I have been able to get them into see the doctor within hours of calling. The nursing staff are also wonderful and are available to answer questions over the phone. Very warm, caring, yet professional atmosphere. (My 2.5 year old son also loves the fish tank in the waiting room.) Thanks for taking such great care of my kiddos Pediatric Place!

I have a complex kiddo and totally trust this office with her care. They are very friendly and accommodating. The nurses are wonderful! I only wish they had off hours availability

Avoid him if you can. Very commercial minded, overlooks patient-doctor relationship.
