Ive had more experience with doctors than I care to, most of them have left me waiting in the waiting room for 45min past appointment time, left me in exam room for extended periods (once I had to wait 90 minutes!) or were rude or uncaring. Made me yearn for home and my childhood doc! I had another ped for my kids and after they started pressuring me to vax (I chose to delay slightly), being critical over me nursing and delaying solids, etc. they refused to listen to reason when my son had his THIRD ear infection during a 6mth timeframe and wanted me to do tubes in his ears!!! I got a reccomendation to see dr minsky and couldnt be happier. You just want to hug the man, hes always happy and remembers my kids names and asks them questions about cars and aliens etc. His wife works there too and gives the shots and shes wonderful as well. Both my kids know his name and are excited to go see him, even if he does poke and prod a little ;) Ive actually asked him for reccomendation to doctors in the area for *myself* because I trust his judgement. I just wish he could be my primary!! I dont even need the stickers! ha!

We chose Dr. Minsky after we had a series of very poor experiences with our former pediatrician. His beside manner is spectacular but second to his intuitive approach to treatment. You cant teach this kind of experience. When we first went to him, our former Dr said that both of our daughters were having infant hip issues and an array of other concerns. Dr. Minsky not only dispelled those concerns right out, he caught things that the former never even mentioned. Now that they are 8 and 10 and in sports, Id say that was right. Most recently, we went to a Doc-In-A-Box on a Saturday who made a diagnosis and sent us off with an OTC cream. Our daughter was not feeling well today (Tues.) with unrelated cold like symptoms and gave a second opinion of the DITB diagnosis. He went straight to our first home-diagnosis (which the DITB said it wasnt) without prompting - because he knew this areas prevalence, pays attention to similar cases and smartly investigated it. We drive 30 minutes each way when we need to see them and find it is worth it!

Ive been taking my twins to Dr. Minsky, literally, since the day they were born. They are 13 now. I have never in my life known such a caring, intelligent, and level-headed doctor. Dr. Minskys patients love him. Several times, my own children have actually told me they miss him and want to see him again soon. Dr. Minskys head nurse is his wife, who has the same level of love for their patients. When I called the practice in a panic a few times as my children faced their share of childhood health crises, Dr. Minsky or nurse Gail talked me through it, always caring and professional, but honestly: more like having a doctor in the family. I cannot rate him and his practice highly enough. Id nominate the man and his wife for Nobel prizes if I could.

I have been taking my daughter to Dr.Minsky for the past two years and he is simply great! He is always smiling and is a very experienced doctor. We had to move from DFW so unfortunately I have to look for another pediatrician for my daughter. I only hope that I find someone as good as him. I recommend him strongly - Ana

Dr. Minksy was my husbands pediatrician growing up and we were delighted to discover hes still in practice. He is up to date on current recommendations and has years of experience. Hes very accomidating to our own wishes and decisions regarding kiddo as long as theyre on track with development.

One of the most kid-friendly doctors we have ever encountered. Both my sons have had excellent care and guidance from Dr. Minsky and his efficient office staff headed by Gail Minsky. They make themselves available at short notice on most occasions and are a joy to interact with.

Dr. Minsky is the best pediatrician around! He was my pediatrician growing up, and is now my sons and nephews doctor. He is great with kids, but is a great diagnostician in general.
