My wife and son visited Jenny Clifford for the care of my son. First of all, I must say that she was always in a rush and unwilling to provide basic explanations, which is really patient care 101. On top of that she was extremely rude to us and when asked questions, would behave as if she was being challenged instead of explaining in more detail. To top it all, she got the diagnosis all wrong and when we had reason to question it, she got even more upset. My wife is a doctor herself and I hate to write this review about doctors but the basic courtesy and care was missing from Jenny. We got a letter in the mail a month later saying that she will be unable to care for my son and that we should find another physician - of course we had decided never to go back to her anyways ... but this experience makes me believe that both Jenny and Baylor, where she works do not want to have patients that ask questions. I would not recommend going to her at all - absolutely pathetic.

That last review scared me a bit. I have gone to Dr. Clifford my entire life and she has always been pateint, kind and answers my questions when there has been confusion or just curiosity. Shes very professional, and most importantly she has never been wrong with any of diagnosis, there have been times when she was in a rush, but that is because she is very busy and has many other patients. Take it from me, who has been her patient for 18 years, she is a very good doctor. Totally recommend.

The past reviews concerned me, but she actually spent about 30 minutes, was paitient with my ADD kid, asked lots of questions, asked what I wanted to do without jamming any recommendations down my throat. I thought it was thorough and respectful. Maybe she has read older comments, but I would go back.

I was alarmed about seeing Dr. Clifford given the posted reviews. She was great. She was friendly, outgoing and very informative. I would recommend her without reservation.
