After over 8 years of going to Pediatric Associates of Dallas and taking all three of my children there, I will be looking for a better pediatric facility. I have no complaints against the doctors, I loved our doctor but the overall office management is poor! I reached the end of my rope this morning when I called to make a sick appointment for my son and was told that they could not schedule anything because of a $30 past due balance from November. I asked could we just pay it when we get there and the scheduler said she would have to ask the business office. She came back 3 minutes later and said I had to pay the balance right then before they could do anything. Now I am in the car driving and told her that.. she said when I stopped I could make the payment then. I asked why you are just now asking for this payment when I have been in the office 2 times in the last 3 months. She said that statements were sent out and maybe my insurance was outdated at the time. What? Its employer based it’s not outdated! Mind you anytime you call PAD you are kept on hold for an excessive amount of time, as long as 25 to 30 mins. Yes I have held on that long only to be told they do not have any sick appointments. I have called 1 minute after they open and still no sick appointments available. I always end up going to the ER or an urgent care. The only reason I have stayed this long is because of the doctors, but today was the last straw! I could have paid that $30 when I arrived at the appointment if they even had one available! SO my review is: Doctors are GREAT! Customer service TERRIBLE!

BEST pediatric office in town. I have tried a couple handfuls (unfortunately) and I struck gold with this one. Not only the office staff, but the pediatrician whom I chose for my children (Dr. Drieling) is AMAZING. I almost dont want to name drop because I like keeping him a secret! Whether he used to be a professional actor or it is due to his passion for his career, he truly seems like he loves my kids as his own. He is there for any question via the patient portal and spends quality time with us during office visits. I love that we never feel rushed out. We never forget to ask questions because the doctor gives us ample time to thoroughly feel well taken care of. They go above and beyond. Yes, their phones are generally busy, however, it is because they take care of the patient in hand which I really appreciate. Managing my kids health is so easy because of Pediatric Associates of Dallas!

Every time I call I am on hold for 30 minutes. Its like these people are herding cattle through the office. They obviously have way too many patients. Each time I take my child to the Dr. he has to see a different pediatrician so its impossible for them to get to know my child. I am in the process of finding another pediatrician because of how horrible our experience has been. There should be laws against over bookings patients to make more money. Do not use Pediatric Associates of Dallas!

I dont understand how they can say they take in sick children but require you to make an appointment. How do you make an appointment for your sick child when you dont know when she will be sick. Dr. Gore is wonderful. But I have to find a place that does see sick children when they are sick and dont require an appointment for sick children. I guess I will start taking my children to Baylor pediatricians....

They offer extended hours through the week, and always make my daughter and I welcome. The waiting room has a huge fishtank in the wall, and bright colorful trains on the wall. Just a cool place for kids to visit, which makes the fear of doctors and shots easier things to deal with.

I really love Dr. Dreiling, he has been great to deal with and very straightforward. I havent experienced any abnormal wait times at their office He has been our pediatrician since he saw my daughter at birth at Presby Dallas. I would highly recommend their office.

I can always get an appointment same day if needed. I love that they have late hours and Saturday morning hours too. The staff is very professional and lobby is child oriented.
