My husband, 9 yr. Old son now and I have been coming here for a few yrs. now. I was surprised about the bad reviews. For yrs. now my experience has been a positive one. The staff is friendly and helpful and explains and answers all questions with patience and I ask a lot of questions. The Doctors are great. The only reason I didnt give them 5 stars is because since we come in as a family of 3, I have to re-schedule several times for certain procedures and take more time off work. And I have always been allowed in the room with my son, I wouldnt have it any other way and have every right too since hes my child and a minor, so I honestly dont get the other reviews. And as a Parent if youre told you cant go in with your minor child that would be a red flag and go elsewhere, thats anywhere. Anyhow, I do recommend this clinic, staff and Doctors, I have had all good experiences. And no I am not friends or related to anyone here, this is an authentic review. Hopefully this will be helpful to future patients.

Horrible place! Hey dont take the time to talk to you or explain anything! They run in and out of the room without even greeting you. A female Dr was really rude, did not like her what so ever. So I asked for another Dr to do my brothers work, he was horrible as well. He hurt his gums while doing a cleaning. Im an experienced dental assistant working for a private office, seems to me like everyone here is UNEXPERIENCED! I went home to double check that all his filings were done, and one tooth was open! They forgot to fill one in! How do you do that? They spent 3 hours in there, I couldnt believe this! So I went back and told them about it and the dumb assistant told me thats the way his tooth it, like no b**** I know my s*** you did not fill it in, so I took the instrument and pointed it at her and she brought the Dr, he said all it needed is a little more material and I told him, no you just forgot to fill it. Ugh horrible place, do not recommend it.

The dentist here provide poor patient care. They do not take the time to examine you properly answer your questions and are inexperienced. They just run in out, assume and guess at your dental issue give you routine explanations . Do not waste your time and money here, you will leave with you dental issue unresolved. I dont recommend this place.

I really dont like going to the dentist but here at Family they make it as pleasant as possible. The assistants are friendly and the doctors are very relaxed. I would recommend trying Big Smile Family out.
