Call me chicken when it comes to going to the dentist , its a fearful experience that I must say has always overwhelmed me, not to mention the embarrassment and discouragement you feel. I know that sounds crazy " embarrassment "? Its a dental office ; right? You would not believe the dental offices that are rude, and make you feel as if you are not worthy of sitting in that chair while your wondering about the cost. You hurt and feel ashamed even though it is no fault of your own., whether medications, sinus infections, gum disease , checkup , or just bad decisions that were to be in your best interest In the first place , and all you feel is that it started with a professional that didnot care about your future well being. " my bad experience " Let me say at Buckner Family Dental the staff, the techs, the office management and Dr. Osorio made me feel at ease from the first call , from the first moment I walked in , to X-ray, to the examination. When I thought they could not do what I wanted I was sad , have a lot of steps. I needed to go else where I thought, yet again for yet, another examine. The universe has spoken and to my surprise they informed me they can do the procedure. yay!, all I needed to do was open my mouth and share my feelings in the first place duh! Listen ! You will love everyone at Buckner Family Dental, and they all cater to you, even to you chickens, they listen !! That is what I find to be so important. Their goal ? To ensure you a healthy mouth with a beautiful smile , even if your on a budget . I actually feel happy and fearless to go to my next appointment ! I have to say thats not happened in a long time . DO NOT GO HERE FOR IMPLANTS....... 8 MONTHS LATER AND I HAVE NO DENTURES. Notice all other comments are for wisdom teeth, fills, crowns, root canal, but nor for whole mouth implants. wait and pay for someone that knows what they are doing. I have had 4 surgeries, implants fall off and dentures are so poorly made they break almost every month. I would highly recommend to go somewhere else for implants. The implants they use here are cheap and break as well as fall off. They lied to me and told me they would be the ones that screw in, and it was not until I was finished with the surgery, that I realized they did not implant the type of implants I wanted and they said they would do. They are not able to perform implants and when they do they are temporary implants and they consider them permanent or lie to you about what your getting. I have had many infections due to the poor work and 8 months later I still have 2 implants that are loose and in need of having 3 others removed because they wont lock to the dentures. The dentures that are so cheap they look like they were made in someones garage, they keep falling off and are not worth a dime. 8 months and 15 K dollars later, and I am worse off now that when i went in, at least then I had partials. and they will do NOTHING TO FIX THEM OR REPLACE THEM, THEY ARE FORCING ME TO FILE A LAW SUIT. GO TO SOMEONE ELSE FOR IMPLANTS TRUST ME...... Below are just a few examples and there are more but I dont want to reveal everything I have but trust me these are just a few of the so called professional things that happened to me.

Buyer beware, Buckner Family Dental is Horrible. They are not registered with the BBB. They will appear to be nice and kind but do not let that fool you. The dentist does not spend hardly any time with you to make sure that the procedures are done right. Most of his lab techs are very unskilled and he will leave you in their hands. This has been the worst experience Ive ever had with a dental office. I went there 09/2016 to replace 2 teeth. I have been back about 6 or 7 times to get my bridge done right. Each time it was made incorrect. I have explained to the dentist(s) and lab techs how I wanted my bridge to look. One of dentist hands was shaking like a leaf(as though she had Parkinson) with a big nettle in her hands. I have requested a refund from Buckner Family Dental and they refuse to refund my money. The finance guy stated that "Piss and Oil Dont Mix". Not only is this unprofessional but unethical.

Update! Buckner Family Dental runs an advertisement on TV at the 4AM hour on KXAS CH 5 claiming they can treat all your dental issues. My question to Buckner Family Dental is, why is there a woman in her 20s who has been treated by them her whole life having a tooth Buckner Family Dental performed a root canal on being extracted???? Current dentist says very poor prior dental work!!!! The tooth next to it also has root canal performed by Buckner Family Dental, current dentist does not trust bridging to that tooth due to such poor prior dental work. Current dentist questions why any prior work was even performed by Buckner Family Dental! As I have stated in the past, Buckner Family Dental ran by a con man! Do not trust the "We can take care of it today" approach, especially when they present it under sedation. This is a comment on our experiences, GOSH, hope yours are better.

AWESOME Staff and Doctors. Dr. Osorio is the absolutely best and is also the best caring doctor I have ever been to. I recommend them highly and I will tell you that Craig is the best at his position. I just wish there were more doctors and medical staff like them in this world. THEY ARE WORLD CLASS PEOPLE-----glad to be a customer who they treat me like a KING!!!! Had my entire teeth replaced with hardly any issues and it went real smooth.

I have had ALot of work done here and plan to go back as soon as I can get the nerve up to go...I have always been treated great even if i break down in tears of just plan fear. I have been to many dentists in my life and these people are wonderful. I recomend there office all the time, my friends come from east texas and fort worth to Dr O. Just recommended some more clients. Great Service...thanks guys

I had extensive work performed at Dr Jaime Osorios Buckner Family Dental, and it was as painless as it could be, performed with great professionalism and great results. I have been to a lot of Dentists, Dr. O is the best. The facility, the staff all excellent. I doubt there is a better dentist in the Metroplex. Highly recommend them without reservation. If you try them, you will be happy you did.

Ok! You have to meet this dentist. I cant believe how positive he is. He communicates to me at my level. I dont like dentists but this guy is really nice. The team is great. Craig really helped me with making treatment affordable. The hygienist Nikki is really awesome as well. They accommodated me and my busy schedule and I appreciate that. I can highly recommend going here. Steve
