Extremely unprofessional and uses vulgar language. I am a regular patient and sent my younger sister in there for the first time instead of her usual place. She wanted to try out different colored contact lenses, so he gave her ONE contact lens of each color (think one eye green, and one eye blue). I spoke with Dr. Patel over the phone in regards to this, told him that my sister needed TWO contact lenses of the same color to try out, and he reassured me that he would take care of my sister if I sent her back in. When my sister arrives, Dr. Patel isolates her in a side room away from the rest of the patients, closes the door, and starts berating my sister on why she was not satisfied with his service and that he got “b*tched” out by her older brother. After this whole incident, Dr. Patel had the audacity to call me THREE times under different phone numbers (all within 10 minutes of each other) to justify his behavior. Needless to say I will no longer be returning to his practice.

I absolutely love Dr Patel Ive used him now like 3 to 4 years and cant wait to get an appointment this week. Last year my husband and I both saw him and he was very professional and caring. He works with you and makes sure youre comfortable with any contacts and prescription he gives. My husband isnt very comfortable with getting eyes checked but he loved it there as well. We will be gladly returning this week!

Im shocked to read the previous review. I found Dr. Patel to be very professional and friendly. I saw him for the first time last year and will be seeing him this week for my yearly exam. He made an adjustment to my prescription and got my vision perfect the first time. Hes guick but very good at his profession. He will be my eye doc for years to come !!!!!
