Let me start by saying if I could give 0 stars I would. We took our son to this office. We initially really liked the doctor and felt like we had made a great choice. It was deemed necessary to remove my sons wisdom teeth in a hospital setting due to other health issues. We did our initial consultation in early June and it was decided that with our vacation schedule and the doctors vacation schedule that a late July surgery date would probably be best. No problem. We really like the doctor and felt like it was worth the wait. We did stress our son was leaving for college in late August and they assured us there would be no issues in getting this done. The week the doctor returned from vacation we started calling their office on Tuesday to see if we could get a surgery date. No return calls that week. We did get in touch with the lady who handles the surgery scheduling the next week. She says she will work on it and get back to us and that the first week back from vacation was crazy busy and apologized for not getting back to us. No return call from her that week or anyone else from their office. The next week we call again and are told the lady who schedules the surgeries is out this week and there is no one else that can help us with this, but are assured everything is moving forward, but we just dont have an exact date for surgery yet. At this point we feel we still have time and wait until the next week. We call back Monday of the next week and the lady is back and apologizes for being out on an emergency and that she is back and ready to serve us. Now she proceeds to tell us that the doctor has 3 or 4 other hospital cases they are trying to schedule on the same day and will get back to us. We give it a couple days and call back. Then we are told the only hold up is waiting to hear back from one of the patients doctors and then all the surgeries can be scheduled. Then again no call back. Call back 2 days later and lady says she was out on another emergency, but that doctor had his file and that the doctor likes to schedule the surgeries himself. 2 days later call back and then are told the lady has step out for an hour. Call back in an hour and are told she is at lunch for an hour. Then 3 hours later we receive a voicemail saying they are not performing any of the hospital cases this summer. So after waiting for 8 weeks and 3 weeks before my son leaves for college we receive this voicemail. When I call back I am again told the lady has stepped out. I let them know how wrong this is and how you cant do business this way or treat people this way. Never once did they try to offer to find someone who could perform this surgery. Only that we would need to look at our list of providers and pick someone else. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!!! Never before have we had a medical office treat our family like this. PLEASE PLEASE think before taking your child here. Especially if they have any underlying health issues.

Amazing place!! We definitely recommend this place!! My son had all 4 of his wisdom teeth extracted today. Thank god we were referred here. We couldnt have asked for a better place. From the moment we walked in, the front desk staff were so sweet and helpful. Our nurse, Patricia was super helpful, friendly and very patient explaining the procedure and post care to my husband, myself and our son. She went beyond for us! Dr. Briggs was very friendly and explained the procedure to us. She answered questions that we had thoroughly, making sure we felt comfortable. The overall procedure was super quick! My son said he felt like he had just fallen asleep when he awoke, that it was all complete. Dr. Briggs worked very quickly! Great speedy service, that is for sure! Besides the friendly staff, the place was very clean and had a nice aroma scent, unlike the scent of a dental office. THANK YOU Dr. Briggs, nurse Patricia and staff for making my family feel very comfortable and made sure we left completely satisfied with your service and treatment. We will definitely keep you in mind for future needs.

I recently had a wonderful experience here. I had a tooth pulled in the back of my mouth because of an infection, and was pretty nervous about it. They scheduled a consultation and the surgery together, and I was in and out within 45 minutes for both; the actually tooth pulling took only about 10 minutes! Dr. Briggs was absolutely wonderful. I just used local anesthetics and she used several doses of it, and I couldnt feel a thing. Not to mention that her and her assistant didnt just treat me like a patient, but like a friend, and made me so comfortable. The building is very homey and the staff was great. It was a great experience overall!

Recently went to have my four wisdom teeth removed here. It was the first time I was going to have any serious work done on my mouth and be put under a general anesthetic so I was a little nervous. Everyone we talked to on the staff was very down to earth and friendly. Very professional. Another thing is that the building itself is nice, I imagine it was reconstructed from an old house and the wood floors along with the windows and the space in each of the rooms made everything feel so cozy and was very calming. I only with my dentist office/staff could be like this! Id highly recommend them!

Dr. Nakashima was professional, courteous, and incredibly efficient. He removed a back molar for me quickly and with almost no pain. I took a single Motrin post surgery and that managed my pain completely. And the great results were only a part of the fantastic service experience. Everyone was friendly and listened to me throughout, which is not the case in a lot of doctors offices these days. I highly recommend these wonderful people.

I have had 2 wisdom teeth removed here and the staff was friendly and quick. I never waited long before my procedure. Dr Briggs, and Dr Nakashima were very friendly and helpful. I had a bad experience with some pain meds and called Dr Briggs at 1am and she was very helpful with getting me a new prescription ASAP. I would recommend this office to anyone.

While the staff was very nice I was very disappointed with Dr. Nakashima. I arrived on a referral from my dentist. A full mouth x-ray was taken. Dr. Nakashima NEVER looked inside my mouth. His diagnosis was incorrect and bcause of his ineptness I suffered weeks of pain and discomfort.

Worst cutomer sevice ever. Were not able to verified my sons chip insurance. The young blond lady told me she called to let us know the situation but there was no caller id verification on my phone. Wont be going there at ALL.

I recently had a tooth pulled and I am the biggest baby...the process was easier then I expected. The staff is so caring and kind. I would recommend this office highly. If you are looking for the best..this is your place.
