Good Doctors but customer service is horrible. If u call and dont get a live person you will be on hold forever. Just hang up and call again. There message describes regular business hours from 8 - 5, but they forget to mention that they close their office for lunch. If you get the answering service Good Luck, they dont know any information like when the office will reopen, and they cant take a message. Always check your EOBs to make sure they are charging you correctly. They can overcharge you but dont ever have a balance because if you cant pay your balance they wont see your child. Good luck if your child is really sick because they do not accept walk-ins. As I mentioned earlier the doctors are really good but office management is horrible.

Worst staff ever! It took me a month and a half to schedule a appointment because they had to receive my kids medical records since they were new patients the staff dosent even try to help you in any way they told me i have to call them myself and they just kept on giving me a hard time

To the owners of this Clinic: OBVIOUSLY YOU ARE GREEDY!!! OOW CAN YOU NOT TAKE MILITARY INSURANCE, for god sake... It is national!! What you dont get your money fast enough!! OH I forgot that it is all about MONEY these days!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Good drs. Bad staff. Can make and appointment for my child that sick, no walking welcome. No weekends and office closes for 2 hrs. To have lunch??????,??? I just dont understand the way this business works

Dr. Garza and Dr. Garcia is the best doctor she makes sure everything is fine and take there time and explain. The staff is greet they are respectful. I have never had a complain.

Doctors are Great! Nurses are nice but receptionist, older woman is rude. Just request for another individual to assist you at the desk if you go there.
