Do not believe all of the good reviews that you have read. I have nothing good to say about this place. Every time I have made an appointment and showed up on time I have had to wait over an hour to even get to go back. They seriously over schedule at this location. The waiting room is large and it is packed every time with no chairs empty. Then there is more waiting once you finally get in a chair. The last time I went in it was because a piece of a tooth had broken off and I needed to get a crown. They worked on the tooth, took the impression and made me a temp. crown. I came back 2 weeks later to get it fitted. When I got home I noticed something seemed a little off. On the side where the tooth had broken off the crown did not even come all the way down to the gum line like it did on the other sides. There was even enough space between the crown and my gum line that I could put my whole finger nail under it. I made an appointment and went back to get it fixed. I told the dentist what I had noticed and he examined it. Instead of taking the crown off and sending it back to the lab to be remade he basically told me he had done the best he could and it would be okay, I just needed to keep it clean. I argued with him and told him I didnt possibly see how I would be able to keep food out of there or keep it clean. He said there was nothing more he could do. I left very frustrated that I had just spent all of this money to save this tooth and ended up with a crown that didnt fit properly nor would it protect the tooth underneath it. I basically spent about $800 for nothing but didnt know what to do about it. I found another dentist about 8 months later when it was time for a cleaning. When they did an exam I asked about the crown I had made at Royal Dental. They examined it and said it didnt fit properly and would need to be replaced ASAP because my tooth was decaying underneath because food was getting trapped under there. They said I never should have been given this crown in the first place, and at the very least I should have been able to have it replaced with one that fit properly when I went back and complained. If you want to keep your teeth I suggest you go somewhere else that actually cares about the quality of their work and their patients.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!! Never in my life have I walked into such an unprofessional and disorganized place. Theres just so many things that I would complain about this place but Im only going to point out a few of them, it is very sad that people probably not having other options but to come here dont realize the poor quality of this place. I dont know why other patients lie about being in this place is nice and everyone one is nice. Not true!! my first and last time here. 1. Its dirty found dead roaches on the ground, chairs are dirty torn apart, back room (work up room) chairs are unsafe cables all over the floor, hardly any space to get and walk through or to have one guest with you, holes on the walls. 2. Front desk so unprofessional, RUDE, They Ignore you or cut you off when talking, they dont explain to you what paperwork to fill out, they eat in front of patients snacks all over the front desk area, horrible 3. Dental assistant doesnt comunicate. Doesnt tell you what to do whats shes going to do just takes you to the back sits you on a chair makes you wait like 20 minutes, other assistant comes starts doing your X-rays without even telling you or talking to you UNPROFESSIONAL then AGAIN makes you wait for another 15 minutes without communicating on whats next or what were waiting for???. Then lady with short hair by the work up rooms is rude as well .. Not to mention my appointment was at 4 for got called in at 4:44 almost an hour later everyone At That time seemed to be unhappy with their services and treatment. BAD EXPERIENCE I WOULD NEVER EVER RECOMMEND ANYONE EVEN IF IT WAS FREE SERVICE!!

By far the worst experience. Please dont fall for the google reviews. Go on yelp and see those. This has a 1 star out of 5 on yelp. The doctor I had an appointment didnt even see me for the my visit because he was busy (why did they give me an appointment time then??) Later after my routine visit, I was to an office where they introduced me to Patricia who was supposed to explain the financials to me. They tried to ask me for a copay and later realized I didnt have to pay after I talked to my insurance company. Later after refusing to go for the deep filling and only requesting cleaning which my insurance fully covered, Patricia refused the service and said I have to pay 1k and get everything they want me to get. Extremely rude and shady service. They refused to give me my X-rays too which my insurance is paying for. I made the mistake of avoiding the yelp reviews. Worst service and pushy sales like attitude. UPDATE: I just received a call from the office after 2 weeks and they said they are ready to give me my Xrays (which my insurance company has paid for) without charging me. They asked me to take this review down but I am keeping it up to help people save time since I had to waste my day here and experience the "Used Car Sales" approach.

if I could give no stars that would be justifiable. I have came on 2 separate occasions & waited over an hour with NOTHING being accomplished. First incident was so bad I didnt even make it to the back. The office failed to mention to me that paperwork was needed but before that issue arose I sat in the waiting area where the staff completely forgot about me. It was not until I inquired on the wait time that they remembered they had me on the schedule (mind you I signed in) than I was informed that it was there lunch time & to come back. Ummm - NO, unacceptable, I was on time & do not live no where near this side of town! That is when the paperwork conveniently arrose. Fast forward 2 weeks, paperwork has been faxed & I was advised that my exam & cleaning can be done same day. I was pleased since I would only miss 1 day of work vs 2.....I have now been sitting here, once again for over an hour w/nothing to show for but xrays. I hear the staff talking & based on the conversation they have once again forgot about me. Now I am being told I have to return for my cleaning. I despise the way this office conducts business & have since contacted my insurance to switch.

I wish I had read the preview reviewers comment. Would of saved me money and time. I went in for 2 broken tooth. They took molds and none of the permanent teeth ever fit. They kept trying to use shoddy material for permanent caps. I ended up going to another dentist after a month of trying to get my teeth fixed and after paying lots of money. They wanted to use a isophorm tooth as my cap. Of course it would never fit. And the dentist never caught it. She also did not catch another cracked tooth that needed more work done. All in all, an awful experience that costed me money and pain.
