Dr. Plott is an amazing caring Dr. I have never seen such a caring man. I have a painful skin infection I ran out of pain medicine and tried my best to fight the pain this was a Friday night, by 3 A.M. Saturday morning I had no sleep and I was crying in pain. I called the office and left a message thinking that I would not hear from him till 10 or 11 A.M. Well I was wrong, he text me back 15 minuets later and called in my pain medicine so that I could get some rest before I had to go to work at 8 A.M. Never have I had a Dr. so willing to take care of his patients and go the extra mile. Than on Saturday in the early evening Dr. Plott text me to see how I was doing. That is not all though. I had to be out of tow for a week in North Carolina and my leg infection was acting up so I called him and we text and I sent him pictures, and he had no problem calling in a prescription to a North Carolina Kroger so that we could try to get the new symptoms under control by the time I came back to Texas. He is honest, caring, and truly loves his job. You can tell by the quality of care he gives his patients. I also see Dr. Kibie and she is also caring and genuinely cares about her patients. I see how she really doesnt want to give me the shots in my leg because of how painful they are. I think it hurts her as much as it hurts me. I do know that even through my pain she has always cared about how I feel and how I am healing. She also tries to find new ways of treating me so that I can heal faster and be less painful. ALL THIS AMAZING CARE & I AM UNINSURED which tells me that they are truly wanting to help me and make me better. Best Dr.s in town too bad I have yet to find other Dr.s who are as caring and wanting to help as they are. THANK YOU DERMATOLOGY ALLIANCE KELLER!!

My daughter saw Dr. Plott and this was our first experience with a dermatologist. She has migrate to severe acne on her face, shoulders and upper back. The nurse came in and asked us a few questions and then Dr. Plott came in, didnt ask any questions and checked her back. Which would have fine but he didnt tell us what he was doing so he was looking down the neck/back of her shirt and she was, understandably, uneasy. He then stated that she needed antibiotics, face wash, gel and acne surgery (chemical peel). The entire time he was in there was about 5 minutes. I told him acne surgery for a 14 year old seemed a little extreme and he said the medications wouldnt work as fast without it. He stated it would take at least 4-6 weeks to start setting results without the treatment. We opted not have the surgery and her face began to clear up the first week. It took about 2-4 weeks and her skin is clear and to get where she was confident in wearing tank tops again. I dont think Dr. Plott has a very good bedside manner or maybe he was rushed that day. Either way, he didnt spend any length of time getting to know the situation he just automatically prescribed medication and surgery. In addition, he never should have touched my daughter without explaining what he was doing first. There was nothing inappropriate about him looking at her acne but to not tell a patient beforehand is unacceptable. Needless to say, we have not been back to the office.

They initially charged me $200+ when I should have had only a $40 copay. They "corrected" this issue and only charged me the $40 only to turn around and send me a bill for the full amount. Every time I called them they would never answer the phone. They also never returned my calls. I finally turned them on to the Better Business Bureau. After that I finally got a call back saying they had filled my insurance incorrectly and it would take a month or two to get it filled correctly. I just got another bill one month later for the full amount without being filled correctly with my insurance informing me I am now 90+ days overdue on my bill. The doctor is great but the billing is not worth the hassle unless you plan on paying the full amount with no insurance. I will never go here again. I only went here for a general check.

I made an appointment with this doctor about a month ago after continually searching the DFW area to find a dermatologist that would remove these little skin colored bumps on my nose, aka “fibrous papules”. I cannot begin to tell you how impressed I was with this doctor. I had already tried extracting, exfoliating, facials, and even the common practice of freezing them off with CO2 – No success. He used a cauterizing machine and instantly removed them in no time. They left no scarring. I have been going to a different dermatologist who was unsuccessful in achieving my desired results, and I am now heavily considering changing to Dr. Plott. By the way, this man knows what he’s talking about – I believe he has 6 patents, one which was displayed in the patient examination room. I would recommend him based on my one visit.

At the ripe old age of 52, I decided to remove some of the moles on my face as I was continually cutting them while shaving. I visited Dermatology Alliance - Keller and was blown away by the treatment. Dr. Plott and his team paid me. I felt that Dr. Plott and his team were truly interested in my situation and I could not be more satisfied. I would recommend this practice to anyone and I recently sent my son there for treatment and he echoed my feelings and he was pleased with his visit to Dermatology Alliance - Keller.

I went here because I had mollocus contagiousm. I was provided medicine that was extremely expensive like $300 and was told it would free to me. I was then told to come back in four months and there would be no charge, so with that understanding I went back where they managed to reap another $232 from me for treatment, but when in the patientsis a scamm room they never mentioned a fee for treatment. This place is a SCAM!!! Do not go here!!!!!

I want to give a BIG shout-out to Hallie Hardin! I called to schedule an appointment as a new patient, and she was so helpful! She could tell that I was concerned about seeing a dermatologist, and she did everything in her power to get me in! Its nice to know that with all the craziness our world has endured recently, that there really are some caring people out there. Thank you, Hallie!

I would NOT recommend this doctor, Todd Plott. He is a very nice person but was not helpful. My son, a toddler, has eczema and went in for Todd to treat him. Todd prescribed ointment that made his skin burn upon application and he suggested bleach baths which further dried his skin making it worse. Our family doctor gave us more effective cream and treatment plan than Todd.
