Great therapists that really know what they are doing. They got my daughter back to the elite level of her sport after a major surgery. (Maybe even back stronger!) I am a patient there now. I have a sort of difficult issue and they use their knowledge to create new and different ways to get me back to my active self along with the proven methods. They help me to set reasonable short and long term goals, giving me something to see in the future and work for. Everyday they encourage and push me (never too far!) and help me reach my goals as I recover. When I am there, they work with me and correct me and guide me to doing more and more things that I couldnt do on my own even a week ago! Then they make sure I have things I can work on at home and make sure I know how to do them correctly. They listen to me, they follow the protocols set by my doctors, and they do so with compassion, knowledge, and truly care. The scheduling is super easy and they can usually get you in when you need to. Every therapist there is exceptional and I would trust them all to work with me or any of my family or friends. (They work together as a team, thus making patients care go seamlessly if a different therapist works on them, or is asked to help out.) Billing is not an issue and they communicate clearly and timely when you need a new referral or anything with your insurance or doctor. The therapists get information to your doctor in a clear, concise, and timely manner. If you have questions or concerns, they dont just hear you, but listen and address what they can or help you figure out how to address it. Again, I would highly recommend Peak! Every single person there is polite and helpful in any way they can be!

Top-Notch is all I can say. I went to Matt and Jessica last fall to help with lower-back pains. I had already had extensive camera work done (MRI C-scan etc) and have been told my back is just flat worn out due to over-active lifestyle. Short of surgery, I dont know if I could have made a better decision than going to PEAK in McKinney. From my first diagnosis with Matt and all the way through therapy, the constantly pushed me, but not to an uncomfortable level. Helping me learn how to take care of my back by strengthening my core, lots of great stretches and of course the hands on therapy. I continue to get "Stingers" in my lower back, but I now know how to deal with it on my own. They are never long-lived and overall, my quality of life has dramatically improved. I am now going there for rehab after Knee Microfracture surgery, and of course its the same level of care. The entire staff is very comfortable to be around and each and every member is dedicated to the patients.

I have now gone through therapy here for three different injuries over the past several years. The fact that I keep coming back proves both that I shouldnt be playing sports and that I really like this place. The therapists are all great and its not difficult to get an appointment. They are very attentive and always make sure youre doing the exercises right. Some days they open at 6am which is really convenient for getting therapy done before work.

Been there twice. Once for a broken leg and once for a knee replacement. I am not the best patient but both times the staff was excellent. The staff is always professional, respectful and friendly. And when you are hurting you need all three.

This is by far the best physical therapy/rehab place. I am seeing Matt and Michael who are very smart, thorough and knowledgeable. I am getting better because of them. The staff is very kind and caring!
