My wife and two of my children visited this urgent care instead of going to the ER. Our regular doctor couldnt see us right away so it was the next best option. They had to wait three hours and never even got to see a doctor. The staff were less than courteous and in no hurry to get anything done. I dont know if this is normal but we certainly received less than acceptable service. If this were all to the review, I would probably give them two or three stars, but this was only the beginning of my trouble. I called my insurance company ahead of time to make sure we could be seen here and what they would cover. After I got off the phone with them, I called Concentra to ask what the price would be and what extras would be charged. I knew what procedures were going to be done and the person I spoke with on the phone said it would be $30 per patient. After the visit and as we checked out, the clerk said it would be $30 but we would get the bill after our insurance paid. Several weeks later, I received a bill for over $300. I was expecting $90 as I was told by my insurance and Concentra, so I called my insurance company. They explained the fees were so high because I was charged for a new patient visit with the doctor. Aside from the fact that we never even saw a doctor, this is the type of charge I was specifically asking about when I called ahead. My insurance company covered what they were supposed to and so I called Concentra. To save you the conversations, the clerk said exactly this: "you should have known." This is exactly why I called ahead to check. Ive tried working with them and my insurance company to no avail. The staff here lied to me and Im stuck holding the tab because I "should have known", although I think I did everything I could have to find out. I will never go here again and highly recommend that everybody else avoids them. They lied to me and were completely disinterested in working with me on payments.

Im a medical student, but didnt share that with the doctor. I came in for one health problem and was misdiagnosed with a UTI, which was funny because I had no symptoms of a UTI. After they wrote me a prescription for antibiotics I dont need and offered nothing to relieve my nausea and headache, I knew my health complaints had been completely ignored. I went to UMC ER because I still wasnt feeling well. They told me not to take the antibiotic because as health professionals YOU DONT TREAT AN ASYMPTOMATIC PATIENT WITH ANTIBIOTICS. Stay far away from this place. Nothing is worse than seeing a doctor that doesnt know how to listen and has nothing to offer but their authoritative attitude. I meant to write this review back in July when I was sick, and the care was so bad that months later Im still reminded of it. Do yourselves/loved ones a favor and go to UMC or TTUHSC Physicians.

The staff was great and the office was clean.. As far as my medical treatment I will Not go back. I am as hurt today the same as 8mth ago when I went in the first time. Dr did not and would not refer me to orthopedic to put my wrist back in place. She released me to go back to work and there is No way. Do not agree to an impairement reading if you are not satisfied with the extent of treatment. I did not knowing and now the wrkmans comp stop paying and I still can not work. THANKS FOR NOTHING Dr C.

Not impressed.. A year ago I broke my ankle at work. And was never seen by a specialist. Only the week of this years thanksgiving I had an MRI.They said that they didnt find anything, well of course not the injury is more than a year old.. So a long story short..if you have been hurt on the job, me next time I will pay out my pocket to be seen, Im still haveing complications from this. Its not worth it..this is the only body i have.

Went there today for a company required vision test. Everyone was friendly and polite, but I waited almost an hour to be seen. Several people who arrived after I did were seen before I was. Most of them left before I was called back so I know they werent there for anything major either. Not bad overall. I would consider going there if I needed to be seen at my own expense.

was seen here while i was on leave from the navy. the staff was very rude and tried to tell me they could not see me because i am military. so i had my docs call and they where rude to my docs. tried to tell me that the navy would cover the bill then find loopholes in tricare and try to hit me with a 250 dollar bill for seeing a new doctor.... i waited 4 hours to be seen.

Not recommend this place to anyone. Receptionist is less than professional and Dr. made a diagnosis without even seeing me and almost cost me a very important job position.
