I absolutely loved every physical therapy session at Momentum. To tell you about my situation, I was in a tragic car accident in September, which resulted me to lose all five fingers on my left hand. As a 22 year old girl you can only imagine my insecurities of having to show anyone my hand, I wasnt sure what to expect. When I went for my first session and met Joan I felt a huge sense of comfort. She never made me feel like I was different, she listened to me and most importantly encouraged me to do better. I was not only physically getting stronger, but mentally as well. Every worker and physical trainer at momentum is SO kind and welcoming. None of them looked at me like I was weird or asked me what happened. That meant a lot to me because I was still mourning the loss. I cannot tell you how much I appreciated and looked forward to my Physical Therapy at Momentum. They really care about their patients, that is why this company deserves a 5 star review. I know physical therapy can be a drag to some people or feel like its a waste of their time to go. But for a young girl like myself, it was the biggest blessing to be apart of it.

I would not recommend that anyone use this company. The reason is, is in the way of billing and services offered. First, billing, you are told, that your cost per visit is about $70.00. What they really mean is that they will bill your insurance for over $350.00. And what the insurance doesnt pay you have to pay the rest. Its not enough to think that your told that your cost is $70, they dont tell you that the insurance will be billed X amount per visit and that you will have to pay the remainder. This is above the $70. We used them once and will tell you why. They have interns that apparently arent even degreed, and my wife was treated by this guy who wasnt certified, along with some other guy who is supposedly a certified therapist as a supervisor. The problem is what if this guy causes you harm or doesnt listen to you? Perhaps making an injury even worse or causing undo pain? I would recommend that you do some serious looking around for proper service. We ended up going to another place that was night and day in commparison to Momentum. Momentum reminds me of these paid for gyms.

They were extremely patient and understanding from the very beginning. They started me off slow since I was so apprehensive about the amount of pain following surgery. When I was ready to go full steam, they accommodated that as well and got me off crutches and helped me walk again. I was very pleased with their service. So much so that Im returning since Ive had to undergo 2 additional surgeries.

Thank u Paige at culebra clinic for the kind words of encouragement and compassion ...passing a kidney stone is not easy hope you never have to endure such pain and all you had to say was your gonna get charged a fee.. My initial consult was a great one had high hopes unfortunately I think u need to work on customer care and service as well as u are to charge .thank u for ur attention
