Front Staff needs major work. Im going to note the front desk worker named Irene, due to she seems like the only person that picks up the phone at this office. In January 2017 I was incorrectly charge and took 6 weeks for them to fix that issue. My Sister cancelled her appoint 10 day from the appointment date the front desk person noted (AUG 26 WHICH WAS A SATURDAY(THEY DONT EVEN OPEN THAT DAY) SO THE FRONT DESK PERSON MUST HAVE MEANT AUG 16th) and the following month my sister was a send a bill for not cancelling. We have phone records of the call and cancellation. They didnt even give us the correct day they cancelled the appoint over the phone initially when we called. Fix your staff. You lost a patient in me and my sister and I would not recommend anyone go to this office. When we call to ask why they charge us $25.00 they made it seem like we didnt ever contact them. And then ask who we talk to at their office when we had time 8:19am. Seriously you guys should have all this noted in the patient Files. I just cancelled my appointment with you guys. Hopefully they dont randomly decided to charge me $25.00(I TALKED TO IRENE I CALLED TWICE TO CONFIRM) The Nurse Practitioner was not the problem she was actually really helpful, but front desk needs help and alot of Customer Service Training.

That was my worst first and last experience in her office. I had an appointment at 3:45 ,and I reached there on time but when I came to the front desk there was one patient and I think she to her office with high blood pressure the front desk person interviewed about her condition and insurance for 10 -12 minutes. When my turns came she doesnt say anything to me,she asked me to fill out around 5-6 forms and she even charged my copay. After 10-15 minutes she called me and said doctor cant see you because you were late , I told her I was on time then she said you supposed to be here 30 minutes before the appointment time . When I took the appointment no body told me even they send me the email regarding my appointment two times ,but they didnt mention that rule any where .I went to the office in 45 minutes and it was around 20 miles away from my home but she doesnt care . It looks that I am asking her to see me in free. I am paying big amount ever month to insurance. In first place those types of doctors needs to take the ethical classes. I called the insurance immediately and changed my doctor.

After seeing my primary care doctor for about 30 years, he retired, leaving me with the task of finding another primary care provider. I found Dr. Mazhars practice after researching the internet, looking at reviews, and being referred by my previous employers health care consultants. I am retired, and finding a good primary care doctor who also accepts medicare took some time and research. Although my appointment was with Dr. Mazhar, I ended up with Dr. Quadri, who was very compassionate, had a great bedside manner, and was very open to my concerns and health care issues. Highly recommended. I cant say I look forward to an office visit to the doctor, but if you have to go to the doctor, I would not hesitate to recommend Dr. Mazhars practice.

When I started going to this office there was more than one Doctor and I became her patient the next time I went 6 months later she had left the practice. When I went back for my next yearly wellness exam I had another Doctor I accepted the new Doctor and saw her approximately three times and now she is also gone. Last week I went in as a walk in there were no Doctors on site and only Practioniers. I asked when new Doctors would be hired and was told they didnt know. I am not use to the lack of continuity of care. Why are the Doctors staying a short period of time and leaving?? Is it time for me to move on?

I have yet to be treated by Dr. Mahzer, but she does have competent nurse practitioners to fill in. I have seen several NPs, and they listen attentively and prescribes medications as needed. I also had a great experience with one of the NPs that followed up with me the following week to see if her treatment she prescribed was working. That was such a great gesture to me. Sad part is that I havent seen her since. But she was great! I think the NPs must rotate or something. The new office is spacious. The labs really done in house. Just everything you would want in an internal medicine practice

Dr. Mazher her self is great! Her staff is another issue. I made an appointment yesterday for today. When I realized I wouldnt make it I called in advance to let them know, she tells me they will charge me a fee for not having 24 hour notice, I explain I just made the appoint at 4:45pm yesterday, her rsponse was it doesnt matter. Needless to say Im done. Update Office manager called to let me know Dr. MAZHAR wanted to waive the $25 fee. For that they have my business again. Im glad I am worth more than $25 to her.

Horrible. Everytime I go in I see someone new. Its never the same person. When I called to cancel a appointment due to an emergency they never picked up the phone. I will never recommend this doctor to anyone. They have been hounding me for the 25 dollar no show, and its just 25 dollars. They didnt pick up their phone, now I have to pay. I hated the fact that I had to tell every person I saw everything over and over. I hated that I saw a new person everytime. I dont even think I saw Dr. Mazhar...once.

I m 31 and my folks are in their 50s and 60s and let me say this we have been to many doctors in our past as we have als relocated several times. This Doctor Salma is amazing. She really truely cares about her patients with her heart and is very much concerned of the things might be happening and might not be and checks you thoroughly. Highly recommend this DOC to all. 5stars ♥♥♥♥♥.

Awesome staff and best doctors I have seen in a long time! They take your privacy seriously and offer the patient portal which is really great to rely a message or ask for a refill on a prescription, etc. The ladies are very helpful with getting referrals and helping schedule appointments around a busy schedule :) Dr Glover is awesome and I will continue to see her in 2017.

Ive worked with Dr. Mazhar in the past. Very caring, loving, wonderful bedside manners, and hard working doctor. So why not make her my very own PCP. She listens to your concerns, you participate in your plan of care, clean nice comfortable office. Wonderful staff. Im telling you, you want be disappointed at all. Thank you Dr. Mazhar and staff for serving our community.

Not sure I ever actually saw Dr. Mazhar, I always saw either a partner or a PA. They are "okay", but the walk-ins-welcome part sorta bugged me. It didnt feel like I was going to see my "regular" doctor, but rather, that Im walking into a PrimaCare or similar operation. Front office staff could be nicer. It feels more like a clinic than a regular doctors office.
