If you live in this area, I assure you there are other and better options. The staff is rude, unhelpful, and without professional etiquette by any means. I went in to get my shot record for school and they made the biggest ordeal in the world when I asked what a single item meant on the paper. The medical assistant tried to explain what "<" and ">" meant to me, and claimed that she still wasnt sure. So naturally I asked if the doctor could just quickly tell me if my titer yielded immune results or if I needed a booster. (The only reason I asked is because my patient portal online indicated that it was an abnormal result and I wanted to double check before I sent my paper work to my school officials. ) This is when all hell broke loose. The medical assistant and receptionist kept calling me to the glass window and sending me back several times before they finally told me they couldnt help me unless I scheduled an appointment and gave my insurance information. When I explained that I just needed to know what something on my sheet meant, the receptionist told me I was being unreasonable for coming last minute (I had called several times only to get their answering service- and I waited in an empty waiting room for 40 minutes), told me "you people always think you can do this", shut the glass door on me when he got a call in the middle of it all, told me I should have asked this question a year ago when it was done (what?), and then shot me the dirtiest look before telling me to sit down and wait. I decided to leave because I didnt need this treatment from a place that is supposedly dedicated to helping individuals. In the end, I had to have another nurse from a different practice clarify what my result meant, and she didnt seem to struggle with it. She literally read it over for a mere second before giving me a yes. My own doctor couldnt give me that second. I could honestly go on about how easily this doctor diagnosed me with an incurable bacterial infection, or how she prescribed a family member one of the most addictive and harsh medications for everyday use, or how gloves are never worn and inappropriate gauge needles are used for IM injections which cause bruising- but Ill end it there. She is a nice enough person but that is about it.

I took my wife to her for her annual physical and a burn wound to show to her on my wife arm. She take care of my wife okay. She said she will send the prescription to pharmacy. So I wrote down the CVS address on a paper and hand it over to them. The next day I went to CVS and come to know that they havent received the prescription. Well, I asked my wife to call doctor again and let her know. My wife called and they replied as they already sent. I asked my wife where did they sent to? She called doctors office again asking which CVS pharmacy you guys sent to? They replied as we dont have that information. I went to CVS again the next day and come to know whether they received the prescription or not. They havent. So, I called the doctors office again, asking where did you guys sent the prescription to? They said the same as they dont have that information and asking me to where do you want to sent to? I gave the address and phone number again. I called the CVS next day and asked them whether you guys received the information or not? They didnt... After did a followup like this for 5 times and with these many number of times I thought contacting my attorney directly. But I still want to give an another chance. I called the doctors office and I let them know the same. I received a call from doctor as I threaten the doctor and asking me to go a head contact the attorney. ??? Really???? Instead of helping the patient it looks like provoking me further. How much time it will really take for me to contact the attorney as a free consultation for this negligence?

Horrible customer service, staff not profesional. As Im driving to this (new patient) appt, they call my wife to ask if Im coming to my appt. I felt that wasnt appropriate as Im the patient, and I never gave them permission to disclose to my wife that I had an appt. They left a voice mail to confirm my new patient appointment, when I arrive to the appt, they state Im late. I had to playback the voicemail they left to demonstrate that I was coming in at the time instructed. They have a policy that requires one to provide credit card information, so they can keep on file. (Keep in mind, Im coming in for a yearly physical, which is covered by my insurance at 100%). This policy makes sense for those who have a bad history of non payments with the office. Due to not giving them my card information ( Receptionist asked to copy my card for their system) they declined to see me. I offered to pay up front for entire amount of the physical. Being a victim of identity theft in the past, I didnt feel comfortable having them have my card information on file. This office demonstrated that it cares more about money than the well being of the patient.

I had seen many doctors in DFW area but Dr. Naini is the worst doctor ever. There are some offices where the staff was rude but in case of Dr. Naini, she herself was extremely rude. She is an obnoxious old lady who can barely walk and who herself appears to be in need of medical help from some good doctor. If you try to discuss a second medical issue, she gets mad and starts shouting at you. Visiting Dr. Naini was the worst experience. Dont go anywhere near this ladys office if you care for your health. I am giving a 1 star since Google does not let me give her a zero star. I would give her a minus star if possible. PS. The doctors response below claims that they have no record of me visiting them. The unfortunate ones who visited Dr. Naini is my family members with different last name visiting me and I accompanied them to this ladys office, which I regret doing. My guests left the city with a bitter feeling about Texas doctors. Shame on you Dr. Nainis office, please start treating your patients with some respect rather than yelling at us for exposing you.

Do you enjoy being humiliated and treated like garbage? Then youll love Dr. Naini and her staff. After the nurse openly scoffed at my weight, Dr. Naini followed up by blaming my depression and anxiety (which was diagnosed and previously treated by another Dr. under another insurance plan) as a "weight" problem. She reluctantly refilled my antidepressant prescription for another month and told me to lose weight, then shell think about doing it permanently. Taking someone off the max dosage of an antidepressant is DANGEROUS and Im disgusted with her and her staffs unprofessional attitude. Thankfully I have found another Dr. and no longer rely on this sham of an office.

I recently moved to Murphy and was looking for a Dr. close to home. I heard about Dr. Naini from a friend and decided to schedule a visit. It was very easy for me to schedule an appointment for that week. When I got there, the front office was friendly and courteous. I had to wait for a little bit, but they had a terminal set up to use a computer while I waited so it ended up being fine. When I did see the doctor, she was great. Really spent time with me and took the time to figure out what was wrong without just jumping to writing prescriptions. I will definitely be going back!
