This clinic is an absolute joke. Not only is it unprofessional, insensitive and uncompassionate towards its patients, the staff is extremely rude and misinformed. Whenever you attempt to contact this clinic you can never reach a live person. You are consistently sent to voicemail and unable to leave a message due to the voice mailbox being full. I was told they only check the voicemails at 5pm after business hours. In a 3 week period, I attempted to contact Dr. Nama on several occasions and was unable to do so. When I was finally able to reach her, she offered no help to resolve my issue. Dr. Nama and her staff are extremely uninformed on medical procedures and are severely disinterested in helping patients resolve their illnesses. This institution has displayed the worst possible customer service experience and has left me doubting their medical integrity. This clinic, overseen by Dr. Nama is the epitome of unprofessionalism and misuse of medical practices.

Im definitely not happy with having to change my PCP for over 12 years to one who doesnt even complete an annual exam correctly. Went in for a pap smear on July 11th where the doctor failed to give me a breast exam. Even as a new patient to the clinic nothing was explained other than how requesting additional information would be changed to a regular office visit. Once open enrollment comes around again, I will definitely be in search for a new PCP. Called in today for my results and the lady on the phone was definitely as rude as they come. This was definitely a bad idea.

Dr. Nama has been taking care of many of the residents at Lakeland Hills Senior Living for over a year now that I know of! All my residents that she cares for just love her. She is very personable and caring. One time she even called me, on my cell because she couldnt get a hold of her patient my resident, and told me to please call 911 it was important to get him to the hospital ASAP. Finally ! ...... now I have a doctor who I like very much and the staff has been equally helpful too. They have been very busy on some days but have always come through for me. Dr. Nama is very knowledgeable and listens very attentively before diagnosing ... always explains and answers my questions. I am much healthier now than I was on my first visit, over a year ago.

If I could give Zero stars I wouldve because she doesnt help with anything and she wont even answer her phone when my grandmother or mother needs medicines and stuff its time for a new doctor a better one dont ever go this place also they never spray it always stinking and went in there another day no sanitized or anything

Dr. Nama is the best Dr. I ever have, the service is excellent, and the nurses are so kind !! They are always call back when you leave a message. And the Dr always is willing to help you and save money in case you dont have insurance.
