As someone who travels for work, I dont always have the luxury of knowing what my schedule will look like a week from now. I have visited iMedicine twice now and both visits were made with limited advance notice (I made the first appointment the same day). On both visits, Dr. Rehman has made me feel as though I was his only patient of the day spending time with me, talking about my health challenges, providing an empathetic ear and, as importantly, sharing his knowledgeable advice. A few words Ive used to describe Dr. Rehman are: smart, thorough, caring, patient, non-judgmental, easy-to-talk-to, interesting, and funny. I have visited great doctors with a horrible front office staff. This isnt the case at iMedicine. The ladies who greeted me and took me to the consultation room were very personable and pleasant. I would highly recommend Dr. Rehman and iMedicine to anyone looking for a doctor who will treat them like they matter.

We moved here in January 2017. I googled the best area doctors. Imedicine and primary care Dr. Maroon Rehman at 3200 Talon Dr in Richardson was rated. I have seen him several times. He was always professional and inquisitive about my health. I missed two appointments recently and he called me personally yesterday to check on me. I have never had a doctor call me personally in my life. My son was in th car when he called me. After the call was over my son who wants to be a physician of some type said "I want to be a caring doctor like him." Dr. Rehman can be blunt when he needs to be but he is your doctor trying to help you understand that you are in control of your own health. I recommend him to anyone. His staff has always been very nice and helpful to me.

Dr. Rehmans staff was so impressive with their kindness, concern, and were very prompt witht getting me into a room as soon as possible for examination when I had the flu.As we all know the flu is one of most horrible sicknesses anyone can have especially when you have children and most definitely do not want to spread it to your little ones. Dr. Rehman was so good he basically knew I had the flu even before he ran the flu test. after confirming a positive flu test I was given a course of medications to take immediately , also prescribed "plenty of rest" which definitely helped with my husband taking care of the whole household. absolutely wonderful! I would recommend Dr. Rehman to anyone for any type of illness. By far was the best visit ever!

I went to see Dr. Rehman 9/11/15, I have a few medical issues so Ive seen a few doctors. This doctor is unlike any doctor I have seen. Most doctors want you to schedule appointments for each issue you have, they wont even discuss anything else. Dr. Rehman actually looked at all of the forms I filled out with my history and family history. He discussed EVERY issue with me, he chewed me out for not taking better care of myself then he tackled EVERY issue and planned how WE are going to tackle them. He was not only concerned about me, but he also wanted to make sure I wasnt wasting my money on tests or meds I didnt need! I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Rehman, he and his staff are freaking awesome!!!

Dr. Rehman is a very knowledgeable and skilled physician. He is the PCP for both my parents and I greatly appreciate him. He spends quality time with the patients and puts in hard work, dedication into making sure his patients understand their illnesses. I would recommend this physician to be the best one in Dallas. He is highly skilled in diagnosing, assessing and treating his patients with various medical problems. Wait time is great! You dont have to wait for hours like in other clinics. Also, he is not in a hurry to see the other patients but treats every patient with care and compassion which are important qualities every doctor should have.

Dr Rehman is a real Compassionate Doctor. He well deserves Patients Choice Award, Compassionate Doctors award and On-Time Doctors Award . He has been my family doctor for years. I have many different medical problems, very well taken care by him. I had been on a lot of pills by my old doctors but Dr Rehman reduced a number of medicines. Also, he does not do any unnecessary testing. He always explains me the reasons for any test whenever that needs to be done. He is very dedicated, devoted and really cares about his patients health. I always feel at ease . I trust his management and want to continue to have compassionate care given by him .

Careless and inhumane. This doctor first of all gets very paranoid if you ask him to fulfill other duties a PCP is supposed to do like dealing with your accident insurance etc. He does not want to get involved in anything other than doing you standard cookie cutter PCP procedures. When I discussed I was leaving my job he dropped me like a hot potato and didnt even bother asking me if I was going to be covered via COBRA or not. I am a heart/stroke patient and he left me without pills/prescription. Such doctors need to be sued for being all about money. Amazing how everyone gets into the greed trap, regardless of where they come from.

He is just outstanding!!! I have visited him twice and he is very friendly, warm, and very caring. He asks relevant questions to reach to the bottom of problems and make you feel very comfortable. He respects us as patients and willing to spend time with you and treats us as a whole. He gives an amazing smart food plan which helps you to manage your life in a smarter way. He would be mostly available to you at any time you need. He just gives the patient what they need and avoid unnecessary medicines and irrelevant tests. I definitely recommend him to all. He is the BEST and simply SUPERB!!!!

I have never seen as horrible customer service and inherent rudeness from a doctor and his staff. Not only did he speak bluntly, he made me very uncomfortable. His staff did not let me even get a meeting with the doctor until I paid upfront for a random test that I may or may not need. Then they forced me to come the next day for my prescription and made me pay again for a visit before they gave me a vital prescription I cant survive without. These guys are savage animals and if I didnt need the prescription at that moment I would never have returned the second day.

The very best. Period. Professional and courteous staff. Dr Rehman is very knowledgeable, understands your situation, listens to you and then comes up with a plan. When your numbers are not quite where they should be, hes there to help you figure out what is going on, how it can be slowed down, reversed and then improved. I left the clinic with a true feeling of team work. Hes part of your team of two, one knows how to fix and one needs fixing. Im not going back to any other doc. And yes, Ive changed a few but Dr Rehman is my doc for the long haul.

We found this and then some in Dr.Rehman. He is so incredibly kind and really does a through exam and helps you resolve all your issues. He is there for you anytime you need him.
