About two weeks ago, my husband had a bicycle accident, bleeding and required stitches. We were denied healthcare services at both Methodist Family Health and Urgent Care in Richardson. We were very blessed when the office assistant here at Texas Primary took my call and once I explained to her the urgency of my husbands condition, we were able to get an appt with Dr. Abraham immediately. He was very attentive, friendly and took his time to examine my husbands injuries. He did not rush through anything and asked all the appropriate questions. The staff at this facility truly cared about my husband. My husband had to get stitches in his chin and hand. The follow up visit was a breeze and now my husband is back to his old self again. Glad Dr.Abraham and his staff are willing to see any patients regardless of your medical needs. We do not have insurance or Obamacare (what a joke), cash patients. The bill was affordable. It was about $325. If we had gone to the hospitals emergency room, probably would have costed us in $1000 range or more. Come here where the people care about you and not your money pockets.

While traveling I came down with some kind of awful infection. I had chills, terrible fever, my throat looked like a warzone. I took allergy meds, advil and DayQuil just to be able to swallow. I called Dr. Abrahams office, described some of my symptoms & set up an immediate appointment for Monday morning. The staff was very kind and helpful. I got into the office very quickly. Dr. Abraham looked at my throat since I thought it might be strep and let me know that he doubted it was strep and that it was most probably some type of viral infection. Instead of wasting time and money testing me for strep, he prescribed an antibiotic cycle in case it was strep. I could not be happier with my visit. My wife and I will be going here for years to come!

Truly a gem. Dr. Abraham and his staff are polite and professional. Doing my annual physicals was a very straightforward and no hassle experience, and I was led through the whole experience with smiles. (My insurance, Blue Cross Blue Shield, covered the physical, so I could just walk right out when I was done). That being said, its a very affordable clinic, so I highly recommend it if you need a new regular doctor.

I love Dr. Abraham , hes always very concerned , caring and understands me Hes a great PCP I recommend him to anyone - if you need an appointment you call and they usually get you right in that day or the next - his nurse Jessica is awesome , shes a sweetie and I always feel comfortable going to see them . I give them a 5 star review because they are the best in my opinion The whole staff is wonderful

The place is nice and the stuff are polite. But the problem is the waiting time. I had appointment at 5.00 pm and the nurse made routine checkup at 5.25 pm and the doctor showed up 6.00 pm. I see the doctor running the corridors and chatting with the nurse, but did not have the courtesy to explain the delays.

Great Doctor and staff. Dr. Abraham has only recently established this practice so, getting in to see him is very easy (for now). Clean, comfortable office. The doctor very personable and seems genuinely concerned about the patient. I will definitely see him again.

Ive always been well taken care of by the staff and by Dr Abraham. The check in process is very easy and setting up an appointment is a breeze. I highly recommend Dr Abraham and his staff.
