My what sour grapes from tonys review. Obviously you were having a bad day. Dr. Burke is the most caring doctor in the Dallas area. He cares about all his patients, English speaking or otherwise. He cares not only for them, but about them as well. He cares about his patients on personal levels. Some of his patients take more of his time than others which may have caused you to wait for a bit longer than you may have wished. IF you were considering that there could be someone in the office that had some affliction worse than yours, you may have not been so critical. I & my family have been patients of his for many years now. Some times the wait is there, sometimes the patients ahead of me are in serious conditions. I am always happy it is not us. As for his location, he is where he can serve the people best, in their neighborhood. If Dr. Burke was of the greedier type of doctor that only cares about cashing in on your insurance, he would be in the more upscale affluent areas of Dallas tapping into your insurance company. Dr. Burke is more than a great doctor he is an outstanding man with excellent integrity & unquestionable morals. Obviously, not someone you are accustomed to having in your life based upon your selfish review of him & his practice. There is so much you dont know about this man or his practice. You should educate yourself before you have another one of your little tantrums. You may have discovered that he is also on staff at Baylor. There are also many of your "upscale" doctors who refer TO Dr. Burke. So, next time you get uncomfortable some place, take other people into consideration & learn how NOT to be so selfish. So until then stay in your own "ghetto" bro Gunter13

DR. ANDREW B. BURKE IS A CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF A CROOK WHO ONLY CARES ABOUT MAXIMIZING HIS REVENUE. IF YOU WANT TO EVEN BE SEEN BY HIM, HE WILL FORCE YOU TO TAKE UNNECESSARY TESTS SO HE CAN MAKE MORE MONEY AND HE WILL REFUSE TO GIVE YOU TREATMENT IF YOU DONT CONSENT TO ALL OF THEM. YOUR INSURANCE WILL NOT COVER THESE TESTS AND THERE WILL BE A BIG BILL FOR YOU TO PAY. THEY HAVE NO PROBLEM LYING TO YOUR FACE ABOUT IT EITHER. FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR TIME, WALLET, AND HEALTH PLEASE AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!! My experiences with the staff were terrible but I wont go over them in detail because the main problem is the OWNER, so those issues wont be addressed anyways. Burke cuts corners with his staff by enlisting students in training (another great way for him to INCREASE HIS PROFIT and DECREASE YOUR LEVEL OF CARE) A couple of the ladies there were very sweet and understanding. But 80% of the staff was either rude, completely unprofessional or just downright incompetent. This reason alone is enough to stay far away, but THE WAY THIS BUSINESS IS SET UP TO MAKE MONEY SHOULD BE ILLEGAL. Its extremely unfortunate that places like this exist in our country. How they are board certified I dont know. SHAME ON YOU ANDREW B. BURKE WHO PUTS MONEY IN FRONT OF SICK PEOPLE IN NEED. YOUR ARROGANT DEMEANOR COUPLED WITH YOUR TACKY GOLD JEWELRY IS ALMOST AS REPUGNANT AS THE WAY YOU CONDUCT BUSINESS.

Dont do it!!! Find BETTER! I am now on my 3rd hour waiting to see this Dr. The room is freezing, the wait is forever and all you hear is the nurses going gaga over some nurse named Michelle who got knocked up with triplets. Im a patient person but this is outrageous having to wait this long. I am making a complaint with my insurance but I felt like google users should hear how awful this place is first. Dear Dr. Burke, What is the point in making an appointment when you see your walk in patients before scheduled ones? Also please lye in just a hospital gown in one of your cold rooms just waiting for an hour and a half so you can know what it feels like when you do it to patients. Lastly inform your nurses that the patients dont care about Michelles triplets and that it would have been more appropriate to have that discussion upstairs.

Smh.... Dr. Burke isnt like what it use to be at all Im thinking all they see is $$$ this was my Dr. Coming up as an child and is my kids Dr. As well now the staff is very rude I see why people are leaving and im leaving as well once I find a good family Dr. To go to me as a parent is very concerned about my kids health and im pretty sure they do as well I took my child in for a normal check which he had a cold as well they told me "oh hes fine just a basic cold passage way is clear well just prescribe him some bromifed and it will clear" LIED some days later I was in the emergency room with my child and it wasnt just a basic common cold I hope Dr. Burke get it together well his staff because hes a rrealy good Dr. But his staff is trash im shocked through out the yrs how his place of buisness staff wise has changed

very disappointing to see how this office operates. No issues with the staff they were very friendly and I did not have to wait long despite it being a very busy clinic. For my annual exam blood work was to be done, a routine part of the process. While I was told that i would receive a letter in the event of abnormal results and would then need to make a follow up appointment, I was NOT told that I would be charged a FULL office visit/copay amount. I have never been to a Drs office that a) would not give out test results over the phone and certainly not one that would bill my insurance to come in for a conversation with the NP regarding test results.

SCAM! The office was disgusting and the staff was rude and inconsiderate. I waited in a room that was extremely dirty for 2 hours. Administered unnecessary blood tests to get more money from insurance. I didnt ask for any of the tests and was there to get a referral, which wasnt sent to the specialist. Absolutely wrong and the worst service in every way. This place is a complete scam. I left completely disgusted and appalled swearing to NEVER return. Worst experience Ive ever had with a doctor and feel bad for anyone that gets scammed. Please do yourself a favor and dont go anywhere near this worthless office.

I HATE place. Everytime i call to try to may a appointment. They so they are not taken appointments. Every single time i come me and my grandma sitts in the waiting room for hours. Evan if we were the first the we have to wait after the people with appointment..(but they can never give me an appointment) it is ridiculously. Slow. Mayb cuzz they b to bizzy laughn n etc n tha back but i honestly wouldnt come here if it wasnt the closest. To my house.i was accually jus here a coulpe weeks a go and we sat in the waitn room for 5 hours bfor being sceen..

I dont know why people are saying they have bad experiences here. I understand that he has students here and is giving them the hours they need to complete their schooling. I went in last week feeling like crap and went in as a walk-in so of course there was a wait and of course had to wait for the others who had appointments thats just part of being a walk-in. The nurse came in and took some blood they examined it right there and they moved fast and have always made correct diagnosis. They ordered the correct mediation and was better in no time.
