Worst Drs Office Ever!!!!! There lack of attention to their patients is unacceptable. When I talked to the Office Manager she acted like she didnt even care. I was a new patient trying to see this Dr. and they asked me to send in my insurance card and ID. So I did right away and they told me that it would take 2 hours. I called back and they told me that it would take 2 days to verify my information. After two days they said that it could take 2 weeks. So I called another Drs office and they were able to verify my info while I was on the phone. I told the lady my story and she told me that a red siren not to go there because it only take like 2 minutes. I even showed up to Dr. Almanzas office and their were 3 ladys talking to each other and they had the nerve to tell me that they were really busy. I could only imagine me waiting for results and them taking their sweet time.

Dr Ruben Almanza was ok,but they would never get back with me on my results,the only one was a nurse named Maria with long hair,the older women named Maria is the rudest person ever,which is somehow an office manager now,not to mention the 2 girls that work at the window were just as rude,they were discussing my health situation out loud I was in waiting room ,when I heard it really upset me,I spoke with the so called office manager Maria ,she just didnt care ,& told if I didnt like it there to go find another dr,as I walked out Dr Almanza was hiding around the corner & didnt even step in to say anything,,their whole staff is a joke,unexcepted,please read carefully before going to this office,what happened to hippa,a few days later they decide to send me a hippa letter,Iam so glad I left that office,I did report that office & Ill do it again,I had the worst experience there..

Waited very long to see him my appointment was at 930 didnt see him till 11:00 then they take my vitals and 30 min later the doc comes in with a poitless view of my thyroid he said I had graves disease when. Im Hypo!!. So I was so confused when I left!! I schedule an appointment with an endocronologist who diagnosed me hashimotos and said my doctor had no clue what he was talking about!! Wait and it took 3 girls to draw my blood and they poked me so many times I almost passed out!! It was a horrible let experience.

Worst doctor in America. No exaggeration. His office should be closed for malpractice. While making patients wait for an hour, I actually caught him browsing the internet looking at houses. Doesnt take medical care seriously. He probably is one of those people that justifies how horrible he is because he simply believes in the bible and puts bible music on in the office with bible quotes plastered all over the walls. Claiming to believe the bible isnt enough! Do your job!

The office is more than happy to make appointments, but the entire office is closed, locked, and the phone is turned off when you show up. I am sitting outside with a handful of other patients trying to decide if Im being punked or if this is actually how they run a business.
