I have been a patient for Dr. Nerenberg for years. Absolutely love him. Always takes his time and makes sure he covers all angles. The poor review is because of how they are running the place. If you call today, it takes close to 2 weeks before you can see the doctors. That is beyond ridiculous. Alot can happen in those two weeks. So they have lots of patients?? they should reserve some spots on a daily basis for sick visits. First come first serve on those. If you dont need to see him right away, then schedule 2 weeks out. Thats what my sons doctor does and it works. They see way more people and you call first thing in the morning if you want a spot that day, otherwise regular scheduling. I hate that I have to find a new Doctor when I love Dr. Nerenberg because sometimes I cant afford to wait 2 weeks to get antibiotics.

I love Dr. Gulati....found him because of the PSA to military Tricare...wasnt happy but made the best of the change...boy am I glad I found him. Hes never had a "bad" day since Ive been coming in. His PAs are such lovely women. Every one in the office with the exception of one receptionist, are patient, helpful & eager to get you into the hands of the PAs & doctor. If I have a complaint its the fact that some staff appear to wish to finish personal conversations with other staff before tackling the patients. As I said, it appears that way. Its a drive of 17 miles one-way, so this is not a short trip to the doctors. This is an all day affair for me. At least its fun for me :-)

I have been going to Dr.Nerenberg since 1992, when I first began I could not work because of a severe back injury and morbid obesity, I was told that I would never work again. The previous Dr.told me that I would need surgery to correct the problem and I quote: No, Dr. will ever do your surgery because your to Obese. Dr.Nereberg said dont worry I will make you better, and he did with many different alternatives. I have been working for 14years plus I lost the weight.I Love Dr.Nerenberg and the staff his nurse Irma, Monica, and the whole team.Mary the P.A. I would probably be death if it wasnt for Doctor Nerenberg.

I have a wonderful Dr. Here. Dr. Neirenburg. The lady at the check in I believe her name is Jamie. She is so rude. Never ever seen her smile and she acts like she is doing you a favor. Personally she has no business in dealing with the public. I sit and watch her while waiting for them to call me back she is like this to everyone one. Then his nurse is the same way. I dont even know her name. I would not continue to go but I love the doctor they just need to get friendlier help.

Dr. Gulati is GREAT - unfortunately the staff is not. I have placed numerous calls to follow up on prescriptions, referrals, etc. NO REPLY!! The waits are long, the staff is rude when you call...VERY DISAPPOINTING - I have been a patient here (until now) for 15 yrs - too bad I have to switch to a new doctor because of the staff!

Im an established patient and arrived on time for my 9:30 am appointment. I had to wait to see my doctor until 12:40 pm... thats more than a 3 hour wait beyond my appointment time! My waits for two previous appointments were also 3 and 2 hours. But my doctor is amazing.

Oak Cliff Family Health Center is a great Clinic! I have been going for 3 years now and tell all my friends. They keep appointment times and dont overbook. Dr. Gulatti is professional, honest, and dosent talk down to people. I am going to keep coming back.

Just made it here my doctor is amazing however the woman at the 1st desk is very rude. Dr.Nerenberg is my doctor for the last 13 years this woman at the front desk has definitely made me start to look for another one
