I only give 2 stars because I like the new doctor they brought in. The staff is rude and presumptuous. Since when is it okay to treat your PAYING CUSTOMERS like trash? The nurse called my name, didnt even say hi or how are you or anything civil like that. Went in the room and I was sniffling a little and she said, "Obviously youre here for allergies". EXCUSE ME? I didnt tell her why I was there nor is it her job to assume why Im there! My doc wanted me to call back in a few days for a follow up and when I finally did get someone on the line it was like pulling teeth trying to just get her to leave a message for the doctor to call me back. I told her the doc told me to call for a follow up and she asked why I was calling. I said the doc wanted me to call to let her know if I was better or worse. She then said, "well are you better or worse?" One, thats none of her business. Two, I called to speak to my doctor, not the nurse or whoever the hell she was because she didnt even identify herself. They are RUDE, RUDE RUDE. Id hate to leave the doctor, but this staff is TERRIBLE.

My wife and daughter just had a terrible experience at Prosper Family Medicine. We called and made an appointment because my daughter was sick. We asked them over the phone if they took our insurance, and they said yes - a $10 co-pay. When they got there, they filled out the paperwork, and then the staff told them that they DIDNT take our insurance. We had already cancelled an appointment at CareNow (because these people told us they accepted our insurance) and my daughter felt so bad that we just decided to stay and pay cash. What a mistake. We related our story to the doctor when we finally got to see her and her response was, "What a bummer". They did several tests and determined that there was nothing they could do for our daughter, and gave us a bill for $265. Well never go there again.

Both my husband and I had an incredible experience on our first visit to Prosper Family Medicine. Despite some of the negative reviews I read online, I found each staff member that we encountered to be very friendly and helpful. We didnt have to wait long before being brought back for our appointment. Nurse Becca was amazing. She asked so many questions and was able to offer solutions to my issue that no one else had ever told me. I could tell that she really cared about me. Whne my husband went for his appointment, he came back and said he had the same experience with her and said "I LOVE our new doctors office!!!"

Not a fan! Like the others have stated, RUDE staff. Was never able to see anyone other than a Nurse Practitioner. They dont have their act together at the check-out deck. I was told that I had a credit balance, charged me accordingly, then changed their story months later and re-billed... Im sure there are more organized practices out there, so the hunt begins!
