I dont usually leave reviews for doctors. How and ever, Dr. Chandra Brown was sooooooo attentive. She really spent time with me regarding all of my concerns and various conditions. No doctor Ive been to has spent as much time as she did listening. I love that her goal is to see me come off of the medicines I take instead of trying to pump me full of more drugs. I shouldve been coming to her as my PCP. I was discouraged years ago when there was a bit of a wait to get in to see her. She is DEFINITELY worth the wait to get an appointment!

Horrible, horrible service. I showed up at 11:01am for an 11am appointment, and at 11:57am, I had still not been seen by Dr. Brown. Not once did anyone at the front desk bother to inform me that Dr. Brown was running late, or give me any information on when I would actually be seeing her. After waiting an hour, I had no choice but to cancel my appointment due to a work scheduling conflict. After waiting four months to see Dr. Brown to be begin with, I certainly wont be bothering to book again. Extremely disappointed.

I dont normally write negative reviews, but after being on hold for about 15 mins to make a new patient appointment with Dr. Brown the receptionist returned to say that Dr. Brown was booked out until the end of January and if I could call back after 2:30 since they are at lunch and swamped, ummmm.....NO I DEFINITELY WONT BE CALLING BACK EVER!!!!

She is an awesome family doctor. She actually takes her time to find out the issues. She is very polite and easy to speak with. She makes you feel very comfortable. Her nurses are the best also. I love her Physician Assistant and they offer a great portal on which you can see your labs and access them after hours.

Metamorphysis Evolution

Called to make an appointment, she only takes PPOS through an employer. So if youre disabled and receiving disability, she wont take you, you will have to pay out of pocket. I find this very discriminating and will tell others. Very surprised she hasnt been sued.

She is an amazing physician. She really cares. She is kind and compassionate and I would strongly recommend her. She also takes care of kids 7 and older. I love the office and the other doctors there are all very nice as well.

Dr. Brown is theeeeeee best. I loveeeee her. If you have anything bad to say about her something is clearly wrong with you. If you want a doctor who truly cares about you and also thorough look no further!
