Very poor service. I needed a refill on a medication and my pharmacy contacted the Dr.s office for confirmation. They rejected the refill because I havent been in for a year. I was never notified that it was rejected by the pharmacy or Dr. and I wasnt told I needed to set up an appointment. I only found this information out two days later when I went to pick up my medication on a Friday evening. At that point I couldnt pick up my prescription and the Dr.s office was closed. I tried calling the after hours number and it had a message saying to call the provider after hours. I then called the provider number and it had a message saying that Dr. Smith was the after hours Dr. this weekend and to call him at his number. The number it gave was his office number which then went directly back to the voice message saying to call the after hours provider, making it impossible to contact him or his assistants. I was then able to reach the pediatric nurse who was friendly and she apologized for the problem with the phone messages and confirmed it did the same thing for her. She contacted Dr. Smith and he said for me to contact the after hours Dr. She then contacted him again to explain the situation and that he was assigned as the after hours Dr., at which time he refused to respond. This is especially upsetting because I can get very ill if I dont take the medication daily, and he showed no concern or care about it. I have never been so dissatisfied with service from a medical professional and would highly recommend that anybody avoid visiting this practice.

Wow! I cant believe it has been 2 1/2 years since my son has been seeing Dr. Kim Smith!! She is so great and I wouldnt trade her for the world!!! She listens to everything I have to say. I mean REALLY listens, unlike any other doctor I have ever met before my son was born. I myself use Dr. Adam Smith and also feel the same about "his" staff. They are all so wonderful and Im just full when I leave. The knowledge, the love, the care. Its all great! So blessed to have them as our doctors :)

I apologize for giving a one star, I meant to hit 5 stars and I dont know how a one star for posted. I went in with a friend of mine to help her with her toddlers and was just swept off my feet with the level of care and professionalism of this practice. The doctor was super attentive and very gentle with a lovely bedside demeanor abs answered every question with the utmost level of care. Parents, please take your kids to a doctor that really cares. It makes all the difference.

Ive been going to Dr. Smith for several years and I highly recommend him. His staff is wonderful, friendly and I often get same or next day visits. Dr. Smith is very warm, caring, really listens and I have never- not once- felt rushed or unhappy at an appointment. They have a beautiful new office now just down the street.

Dr. Adam Smith is a rare find. Very humble and unassuming, takes his time and is so thorough. Our 5 (yes 5) children grew up with Dr. Kim and now have graduated to Adam as their primary care doctor. No way would we leave this practice, these people have been terrific to our family for years.

I called to make an appointment for my children as new patients today (we are new to the area) the lady was so rude and seemed as though I was inconveniencing her that I just hung up. Such a shame. I work in a medical office and this is not how to bring new clients in the door.
