Horrible Horrible Horrible!!! On my first visit doc told me how easy it is to get script refills. Just call in and pick up. No, that is not how it works at all. It is not that easy by a long shot. The first time, I left numerous messages requesting a refill and never received a call back. Finally two days after my original request I told the person who answered the phone that Im not leaving another message and am on my way because I am out of meds. I thought maybe there was just a misunderstanding since that was the first time I called in a refill. I was then told to just call in the refill request a week in advance and pick up. So, this time I called in a script refill last week. I received a voice mail stating the script was ready for pick up just let them know when Im on my way. Was told yesterday morning script wasnt ready and to pick up today. (Meds ran out yesterday.) Was told this morning not ready for pick up and call back. Called back and had to leave a message. To add insult to injury, they clearly display a dont-care-not-my-problem attitude. Again, horrible. Save yourself the inconvenience and dont bother going here at all.

Waiting time is absurd... 2 hours, 1 hour IF you are lucky. The guy at the front desk is so rude and very disrespectful. They doc is ok, she’s very nice, fast and competent but if you expect someone who will sit with you and explains in detail all of your concerns, you definitely should look for someone else. You have to be VERY careful when requesting certain treatment because they are one of those clinics that order more tests than necessary or even order tests than don’t make sense and you end up paying for things you didn’t even needed in the first place. If you have problems with you insurance, don’t expect any help from them. The clinic made a mistake with the coding and when I ask them to change them they said everything was fine. After months of phone calls and submitting complains, finally they agreed to change the codes when my insurance called them telling them they made a mistake. If you go to this clinic, I hope you have better luck than me.

Best thing a doctor has ever implemented! KUDDOS to Dr A!!! Been going to Dr. Alaidroos for over 5 years and love she and Dr. Kopel. Over the years the wait time, as everyone else put in their reviews below, WAS very long. Thats only because shes very thorough when she has patients who have questions.. which then pushes back the rest of the appointments. I can appreciate this being the case, even though we would all want to be in and out. Recently, they implemented a new system called FAST TRACK... 15 min you are IN and OUT if you are there only for a routine prescription refill check up appointment or something that doesnt require an exam or in depth questions from her. Had no clue about this the other day and was indeed begging at time of appointment to make sure she wasnt behind since I had to be at a meeting in less than an hour. Sure enough I was IN and OUT in 15 min exactly!!

Doctors - I feel the doctors are entirely too busy. Wait times are long and appointments feel rushed. I had a better experience with Kapel versus Alaidroos, however, I did not care for either in the end. Alaidroos kept trying to tell me I was anorexic, when the entire time I had GI issues and could not maintain weight. This made me uncomfortable because I do not starve myself and she kept trying to get me to admit to doing it. Staff/Nurses - THE WORST!!!!!!!! They are the actual reason I stopped going to this clinic. The guy at the front desk was the first one to ever give issues. His attitude is terrible. Several of the nurses have terrible, agnostic attitudes. It feels like they hate dealing with patients and hate their jobs. No one ever wants to do their job and it takes them weeks to call back. SMH. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone!

I just dont understand how an office can open at 8 in the morning and not check their messages until 11:30. That was actually the response I got from the front desk, "The nurse has been in maam but she doesnt usually check messages until 11 or so" I had left a message for a prescription refill of my inhaler. I couldnt sleep all night and I waited until 8 am to call in my refill. Since nobody picked up I left a message of course. I force myself to go to work and while Im suffering I realize that I dont even know if the nurse called in my refill so I could pick it up on my lunch break - I call them and thats when I find out their awesome method of dealing with messages. I do love Dr. A very much since she makes me feel like Im her only patient ever but if thats how the office works Im not so sure I want to trust my health with them.

UPDATE: If I could give negative stars, I would! I have not been back to this practice since my last review, and they had the audacity to call me and ask me to remove my negative review because it was against her policy and "Dr. A would be releasing patients" who didnt! Unbelievable, this place is not only rude but apparently threatening people for telling the truth now too! STAY AWAY! OP: Dr. A is great. The rest of her staff are unprofessional and rude. The waits are long, even with scheduled spots you wait at least an hour. Had a pharmacy send a request to them three times over a course of a week and when I asked if she could call me if she didnt receive it by EOB, she replied "Um, you can call me-" That would be great if they actually answered their phones and didnt just send you to voicemail.

I wish i could rate this doctor 10 stars.I really dont even know where to start. I found this doctor on Zoc Doc and saw that she had outstanding reviews and people talked so highly of her. So I showed my wife the reviews and she decided that we were going to make Dr. Alaidroos our little ones pediatrician. I dont know what type of magical touch she has with kids but she is truly amazing. I brought my daughter in because she was always cranky and wouldnt sleep. So Dr. A decided to change my LO formula to Similac sensitive and within a week I definitely notice the fussiness stopped and she had more regular bowel movements. What a relief I had meeting Dr. Alaidroos. I would highly recommend this doctor in a heartbeat.

Dr. Alaidroos just violated the Continuity of Care law! She actually dismissed me as a patient for writing this review. Extremely rude, unprofessional, and excessive wait times exceeding an hour. Beyond disgusted. This has to be one of the most UNPROFESSIONAL medical practices I have ever dealt with in my life. As an business owner of medical staffing business for 5 years, I have never worked with or been a patient of a practice that is blatantly incompetent, unprofessional, catty, rude, plays games, dismissive and overall APATHETIC about everything. Total QUACK. Please continue to complain so she can have her medical license revoked.
