If zero stars were an option, thats what I would give. Tried to come in as a new patient, and I was running late as it was a hike to get to the office; even though I was early for my appointment time, the staff told me I was "supposed to be there 45 minutes early" to fill out paperwork and they would have to check if I would be able to get a later appointment. On some level I understand this, and it was my bad for running a little late (still early for my appointment time, tho!) but staff was rude and abrupt with me, so I just got frustrated and canceled. I get that schedules are important, but a medical practice is still a service, and treating your patients well should be step 1 in good care.

The staff is so friendly. The RN is amazing! The quality of treatment is great. I just started coming here, but when Im in the waiting room Ive noticed that all the patients are happy to come to this doctor and the nurses remember everyones names. Also, I have called the office before with questions, and got a call back the same day. I definitely recommend this family doctor for anyone who does or does not have insurance. I have visited without insurance before and I think the prices were fair.

While Dr. Stubblefield is an excellent provider his staff is very unprofessional. I went in for a referral for weight loss surgery and he told me that his staff would send it over. It has been three weeks of back and forth phone calls, being placed on hold, being lied to and misinformed and I have yet to obtain the services that I was charged for. Lisa, Maritza and Maria need to be terminated immediately. Not to mention countless unnecessary follow up visits.
