I had apt. for a physical, at time of scheduling they told me my apt. was at 830 am. Then they sent me an email with a different time. I called to reschedule due to me having to fast, I wanted an early apt. this happen to me 3 times. On the third time I failed to cancel/rescheduled my apt. At this point of being a patient, I have always shown up to every apt. I called this week because I was bitten by a dog and they told me I could no longer come here due to ONE no call no show. I was floored and thought they must be mistaken, I spoke to the front desk several times to see if I could clear this up bc I really like Heather the PA. I asked if I could just pay a no show fee and the lady answering the phone said no. I then asked to speak to the office Manager Mr. Torres who I left 2 messages with and to this point has failed to return my calls. Very unprofessional. When they needed to move my schedule around, or have called me to come in earlier I have done that. So, not sure why they go to this length of over kill on office policies with their patients. Im floored.. Ive sent several people and have notified them all. They are just as stunned. Ive even ask my other doctors and they are just as dumbfounded as we all are to the severity of this punishment.

This Dr. Its just there to take your money. My mom its being sick for about 4 years now, from high cholesterol, thanks to her. She prescribed her some pills because she was a little low on cholesterol and since she did that. My mom its being trying to get it down with failure. Now that is high, she keeps prescribing pills and pills to lower it. Which put my mom in the hospital to the border of having a heart attack. She has NEVER LISTEN to our concerns, and she didnt listen to my mom when she told her those pills were making her feel bad. Now we have a huge bills from hospital from being there 6 days, thanks to her. And now 6 months later she wants my mom to take those pills AGAIN? ?? Shes crazy, and my mom hasnt being too high on cholesterol for her to be prescribing those pills. We being seeing another Doctor which doesnt understand what the Dr. S has being doing with my mom. We only went back to her because now she wont release my moms records from her high blood pressure, that she has had since she was young. And even if you dont see her for the appointment, you get billed. And thats not it I can sit here and tell you more about how she worsen my uncle and aunts health too. Dont make the same mistake and find someone else. Dennis McKay

Staff is very unprofessional!!! My whole family goes to Dr. Seidmeyer and are pleased with her as Dr but dealing with the staff has been too much! The front office staff shared my confidential medical information with another patient by mistake! The front office lady just kinda smiled said sorry and she would call me later to explain. Never received a call! My husband called for a refill on his blood pressure medication they stated he was dropped as a patient because he apparently was a no show for one appointment! I told her I understood that but we never were notified in writing so could he have at least a 30 day supply until he can find another physician she said "No he can go to the ER!" I work in the medical field as a Medical Assistant and our office would never treat our patients like this!! I been sent to the ER by them twice for non-emergency symptoms simply cus they had no openings and just end up with a 900$ bill! They just lost 5 patients!!!!!

Called on a Tuesday to schedule an appointment, was first told I could get in the next day at noon, then the scheduled immediately corrected herself and said they had a Thursday at 4 available. So I set the appointment. Had to take time off of work for this appointment. When I checked in I was told that rhey had me scheduled for yesterday ( the Wednesday that she had originally said the noon appointment was available, but at 4). I told her that was wrong and explained the conversation with the scheduler. She stepped away from the desk and came back and told me "sorry, we had you scheduled for yesterday and we cant see you today". Are you kidding?!? They made the mistake and I took off of work, and thats the best they can do? This practice is a joke and obviously my time means NOTHING to them.

Rude and unprofessional. I felt very uncomfortable during my visit and she charged my insurance company for labs that WERE NOT DONE. I was treated rudely by both her and her staff, and a specialist I visited had the same experience in their communications with her office. My communication with her concerning how I FELT during this experience resulted in a rude, unprofessional and dismissive letter, rather than a compassionate concern for how they could have done a better job. Sad. I would not recommend this physician to anyone.

Visited Dr. Seidmeyer last month for Bells Palsy. I informed her I was in therapies for a week and wanted to double check with her about how I was healing. I also informed her that I still had pressure in my ear. She was not disconnected, didnt seem interested in what I had to say and truly felt like it was a waste of my time. She never bothered to check my ear and after seeing the ENT afterwards, I had an inner ear infection which she could have caught earlier had she bothered to look. I will not return to this office.

Dr. Seidmeyer & staff are top rate! The front desk staff are very pleasant, professional, and courteous. The medical assistant I dealt with was courteous & professional. Dr. Seidmeyer is thorough, highly professional, yet very approachable. She takes time to listen to you, the patient, and truly cares for your over all well being & health. I have already recommended a family friend to her, and will recommend her to my fellow employees too.

Dr Seidmeyer is one of the most compassionate, caring physicians I have ever dealt with. I would highly recommend her. She has taken care of my family for 7 years and we have never had an issue with her or her staff. She takes the time to explain her diagnoses and listens to your concerns. She is the only doctor that I have ever dealt with that I would consider as a friend.

Ive been seeing Dr. Seidmeyer and Heather Boyde P.A. for over 18 years and have never had any problems at all. Though they have gone through a few front office folks, I still have an enjoyable, problem free experience every time. They listen to initial troubles and during follow-ups and are very friendly. My wife and son both go to them as well with the same results..

Dr Vicki is sour, unpleasant and lacks compassion and a decent bedside manner. I fully understand why she only managed a DO not an MD. If I had been able to get an appointment anywhere else I would have taken it. I do understand why she was the only dr out of 30 who was taking new sick patient appointments. Unless your desperate wait for a better dr.
