I liked that the appointment was very quick and that i didnt have to wait a long time to be seen. However they called me a week later and told me my insurance was denied because i moved counties recently. So after speaking with my insurance company i found out they did not take my insurance. I called them back and told them and thats when they realised they didnt accept it so now i am being billed because they dont care if they dont take your insurance they will let you be seen by the dr and will bill you.

Dr. G has been the only doctor my son has seen. Since his birth until now (he is 7). He is also the only doctor weve used for our second son (he is 18 mos.). My sister & friends have also switched to Dr. G for their kids. We have never waited for more than 10 mins with an appointment and never longer than 25 mins without an appointment. Dr. G is great with the kids, my son has never feared going to the doctor, not even when getting shots. The customer service provided by his staff is excellent.

Hes very nice and thorough. My son likes going to the office to see Dr. Grumberg as well. I noticed he feels comfortable at his exams and they talk a lot to each other as well. I have never had to wait over 15 minutes to be seen as well. Thats always nice.

I love Dr. Alexander!! One of the girls stuff always great (the other ones dont care) no waiting time, always appointments available. Just awesome! Will miss him
