Due to the belittling treatment I received from the office manager at your surgical center this morning and the derogatory statements made by her I will not be returning for any further "treatment" through that facility. Dr Lambert was an incredible physician and I would be embarrassed if I were him at the person running the downstairs facility as her incongruous behavior this morning drove me out of the facility moments before my scheduled procedure. I have absolutely no desire to be spoken to in that fashion as a consumer of medical care in a field with more options than Obama can shake a stick at. I immediately notified my insurance company and filed a report detailing the "Treatment" I received this morning. I am not so smug as to slander online with comments, suggestions or online social media but after my experience this morning Id prefer a care now facility or a veterinarian offer me treatment than McKinney surgical center.

Dr. Lambert is an exceptional surgeon that fixed a problem another doctor caused. He’s extremely nice and courteous , gives the patients total attention and the necessary time. He transmits confidence and competence. I’m from a foreign country and I have rarely seeing doctors like him in US. Outstanding service. The staff is also great and helpful. Wonderful team! Excellent experience with Dr. Lambert and staff. Scheduled my appointment quickly I was in in a few days. Excellent processes for submitting all forms in advance. Sat in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes! Dr. arrived promptly, awesome demeanor: and explained everything I needed to know in great detail and in a very understandable way. Highly recommended!!!

Dr Lambert is thorough and patient, and has a really amazing bed side manner. I looked to him to provide his opinion, but he equally looked for my opinion to make sure that we were both in alignment. He took a good amount of time explaining the procedure in simple terms and also provided the a thorough explanation of the risks involved.

Excellent experience! I had virtually no pain after the surgery. Some complications did arise a couple of weeks later and a call to the office resulted in being seen early the next day, No pain, full explanation as to what to expect and great bedside manner. Wish all physicians were of this caliber.
