We recently relocated to the area and its been really difficult finding a pediatrician for my kids. I finally decided to settle for Bright Future Pediatrics and the doctors seem okay to me. Dr. Maun was very engaging with my sons, she answered all my questions and I felt good about her being my lifetime pediatrician. The problem is her staffs, they are very rude snappy and dismissive. They show no empathy, are devoid of any warmth and make you feel very uncomfortable whenever you call them. The final blow for me was when I called to give them my new insurance information since my son had an upcoming visit, the lady that picked up the phone was very snappy and rude as usual and then asked me to call my insurance company to get their claims address without even asking me for my member ID. When I tried to ask why I have to be the one calling my insurance she snapped in her answer that I decided I would no longer be able to deal with these type of people. I asked her to cancel the appointment and you could tell that she could care less about that and told me that she would do just that. I am glad to take my business elsewhere and I am positive that the doctors will be losing a lot of patients if they dont train/re-train their staff well. The truth it they are the ones we deal with 70% of the time we visit the doctors office.

Went to Dr. Berry for over a year, had several experiences where we were told to "wait it out" and were not helped. My two children got more sick with simple ear infections and ended up in the hospital as a result, which was obviously expensive and made me lose confidence in the doctor. When I tried to switch to a different Doctor in the practice, was told they do not transfer patients and that I could not. We found another doctor/office and are much happier for it. Would not recommend. Not helping my kids get better or get a new opinion is the exact opposite of what I was looking for. Response to the response- I dont see how responsible antibiotic use has anything to do with the fact that we saw the doctor twice, she did nothing, and we ended up in the ER. Then when we asked to see a different doctor in the office we were met with excuses and a refusal of service. I will be taking up the matter in other channels.

I take my 4 years old daughter and 2.5 years old son to Dr.Sarah Rylie in a bright future pediatrics. Dr.Rylie is very professional and has lot of patience with the kids. She answers all our questions and very thorough in her examination. My kids love visiting Dr.Rylie. I also get immediate appointments for sick visits. For any medical questions, the nursing staff always returns my call and offers solution. We have also made several non office hours doctor calls and Dr.rylie has always answered very patiently. I am also impressed with their online portal. It is updated after every visit and I usually go through them in case of any doubts. They have a separate entrance for sick visit and general visit which I really love. Overall our experience has been amazing so far. I would highly recommend Dr.rylie and a bright future pediatrics.

We love Dr. Rylie! We actually switched to this practice from another one where we didnt feel we were receiving enough attention due to the size of that practice, and A Bright Future Pediatrics was a perfect fit for our family! Dr. Rylie always knows our two young boys right away when we come in, is familiar with their history, and our family is never just shuffled through. She has a wonderful bedside manner, and I always leave feeling comfortable and confident in the care she provides my sons. I also love that we complete an online questionnaire prior to coming in so if there is something specific I have a concern about, she receives that information and it doesnt get forgotten. The nursing staff and front office staff are great too. I highly recommend this practice!

I really cant say enough good things about Dr. Berry and her entire staff. Weve been going to A Bright Future Pediatrics for over six years, now, and Dr. Berrys level of knowledge and bedside manner cant be matched. Anytime we have needed to get in for a same day sick appointment, my kids have been seen, within hours. I like knowing they are affiliated with Childrens in the event we needed hospiltalization for anything serious. I love how they keep the sick and healthy waiting rooms separate, and the nurses know how to do required immunizations SO quickly that my kids barely know theyve gotten a shot! Everyone is warm and friendly yet professional. Totally trust both doctors and this great staff with our childrens childcare!

I love love love A Bright Future Pediatrics! Dr. Berry is the best, she is so great with my daughter. She thinks like both a Mom and a Doctor and talks through everything in great detail. I love that they use CHADIS tests to see how your child is developing and what areas they may need to work on. I loved the monthly printouts on what to expect as my child grew. Im so excited they are getting ready to do E-Visits online and their after-hours and weekend sick visit appointments make it so convenient! We are moving to the Keller area and are still planning on using A Bright Future because its worth the drive!

We love Dr. Rylie. Our girls love her so much they incorporate her into their pretend play demonstrating great attentiveness and care when they are the doctor. Bright futures is always quick to get us in for sick visits. The support staff is excellent, very friendly and patient with the girls. We are never rushed, always given very thorough explanations and advice. Separate well and sick kid entrances as well as a private area for those that would like to nurse their baby while they wait. We couldnt say enough positive things about our experiences with everyone at A Bright Futures Pediatrics.

They have great customer service, an awesome nursing staff, and fantastic pediatrcians who give you realistic advice and are honest when responding to your expectations. The nursing staff are very prompt when it comes to returning your voicemails with the many questions you will have no matter what your concerns are. During each visit, I am given all the time I need to ask questions, express my concerns, and tend to the needs of my baby. Lastly, the front office staff always remembers you and each person shows tons of love and care for your child. Its really a great place!

Im a new mom and Dr. Rylie came recommended to me by the caregiver we will be using when I return to work. Weve visited the office only a handful of times for our regular newborn checkups and have seen both Dr. Rylie and Dr. Berry (when Rylie was sick - they called that morning and gave me the option to reschedule if Id like, which I appreciated). I found both docs to have great bedside manner and the willingness to spend time with us and answer all of our questions. The office staff has been friendly and helpful. So far, Im very pleased!

My daughter is treated amazingly. The office is always available to answer my questions and they offer after hours urgent care which eases my mind. I never wait long on the phone or in the office. They are very punctual. My daughter is only a month old, but she is well taken care of in their hands. Dr. Rylie is great with kids and is able to ease my newborn while shes looking at her. You can tell shes a mom and that she loves kids. I am so lucky to have found this office in my search for a pediatrician.
