Doesnt understand Autism. Wouldnt properly treat my daughter when she was sick, kept prescribing the same medicine over and over every time we brought her in, even though we told her it wasnt working and had to keep bringing her back, until she decided she didnt want my daughter to be her patient anymore, and she dropped us with no notice, and it wasnt until after the fact. And after making it impossible to get a hold of her afterwards, she then refused to give me copies of my daughters medical records unless we paid a fee, even though she was on Medicaid at the time. We informed Medicaid and then magical received documents. She doesnt believe in some of the more modern medicine, like the nasal flu spray for children... She may be "nice" but shes not honest, she plays games when you dont see eye to eye with her. Theres WAY better pediatricians out there.

I have been with dr.ahmed since we moved back to texas we needed someone fast so we picked her. She was ok at first but as time went on it got worst. She is never on time your always waiting in the room for a good 20, 30 min. Before she ever comes in. It is crazy time is important for our family but with dr. Ahmed it seems like she doesnt care. She is not very imformative when it comes to information. You have to be the one to ask the questions and I know once I get there it seems like you forget everything. It was just a bad experince for us.

I would give 0 stars if i was able to. They book appointments but you wont get in until an hour, to an hour an a half past your appointment time. Its as if they overbook the patients for some odd reason, $$$$$$. My sick child does not get treated like a princess, instead shes just a number, a very large number in the waiting line. If you go with this doctor, make sure to take off the entire day. This rating comes from multiple occurrences, finally i switched doctors and wrote this to warn others.

I am really surprised by some of the other reviews. Dr. Ahmed is simply one of the best doctors my family has had. My kids are 16 and 11 and she has been their doctor since birth. I am not overly impressed by her staff and I think thats where the service suffers. But as a physician who takes genuine interest in young patients she is an absolute gem and probably one of the best in the DFW area. My daughters absolute love her and she listens to every detail instead of treating people like a number.

I really like this doctor and staff alot but the wait is way too long. She really knows what she is doing with both my children, I personally feel like if I have a appointment for my children they shouldnt be waiting over a hour to see a doctor period. I totally understand that other kids are sick but that is the whole point of making appointment.

THE. WAIT. IS. WAY. TOO. LONG! My appointment was at 930 we ended up leaving at around 1230. Ridiculous! why do you even make appointments? Front desk is not very professional. I signed up with Dr. Anisa whom ive never met. A Dr. Kopelli sees us, she is wonderful so are the nurses.

The doctor is never on time for appointments. 1-2 hours delay is normal . Whats the point in giving appointment if you cannot keep it. Sitting in a 10x10 room for two hours with a sick kid for Doctor to show up is painful that too after taking an appointment !

This doctor never came appointment on time. She is always late 1 or 2 hours. She is disrespectful and she is not listening any different opinion. I try to explain something, but she didnt listen to me. She acted me so rude.
