Half a star. This clinic gives poor customer service and they deny medication even if you just went in to see the doctor. My son has asthma and they refused to give him a medication for his nebulizer because he had inhalers. Their Mission is suppose to be to provide best possible care for our healthcare needs yet my son needs to breathe and you deny his medication. Dont they know a rescue inhaler is different than a breathing treatment. Their staff always looks like theyre not interested in working as well as their providers. Except the PA Patrick Tarango, my kids loved seeing him and he was always so nice but then he was never available and they switched my boys to someone else. Since then we have been very disappointed with the care of this clinic. For someone who works in the medical field I am very disappointed with the service of this clinic. Then you wonder why we dont come in for a med check every 3 months maybe if the office would be more friendly and provide great customer service then maybe we wouldnt mind coming in. Ive had enough of their bad care and I will be transferring my children to a doctor who cares about their patients.

Im very disappointed with this clinic. I have been taking my daughters here for months and we have yet to meet with Doctor Nunez which is who our insurance said was supposed to be their PCP. Every single time we go for a visit whether wellness or going in sick we are seen by someone differently even in follow ups we dont ever see the doctor who wanted to see them back. Its hard to get them on the phone without them having to ask you to hold for 10-15 minutes on the line. The only good thing about this place is Doctor Patrick Tarango. If you do decide to bring your children here I suggest you ask to be seen by him each time. He has always been so great with my girls. He takes the time to listen to your concerns and takes the time to figure out what is wrong with your kids thoroughly. He is the only reason why we still go there but if it werent for him I would have already switched doctors. Also if I were you I would avoid being seen by Dr. Silva I think thats her name. She recently wanted to get into my personal life suggesting I wasnt doing my job as a mother because of religious reasons and she laughed in my face for it.

NEVER go here!! Patrick Tarango is one of the best doctors that both of my children have seen, so thats why I continued to go. Despite them never having their crap together. Doctors would walk in, never looking at my childrens charts to know their medical history. I just went yesterday for my sons appointment and the girl kept telling me someone rescheduled it. There was not another appointment for my son besides the one for yesterday so it was CANCELED, not rescheduled. I neither canceled or rescheduled my appointment. It was for his 6 month well check up. She did not apologize and try to reschedule me. She just kept repeating "Someone rescheduled it mom, someone rescheduled it mom. Im just telling you the information that we have." The front desk has no idea what they are doing. I will be switching doctors for both of my children who I can trust to not cancel my appointments and who I can trust with my childrens health and well being. Dont waste your time coming here!

Worst front desk service I have ever received . As a mother of five kids ,I brought them here for their annual check up. When we arrived I was told I had to be accompanied by another adult (which was not mentioned when I called them to schedule my appointment)So they decided that they would not see my youngest two daughters, so I called my husband. A nurse came in to tell us that if another adult does not arrive within ten minutes they will not see the two youngest. Not even a minute later my husband arrived at the front desk. The front desk lady told him that one of the two appointments was canceled . By that time they had already taken vitals to my 3 oldest kids, So I got mad and walked out with all my children and asked to speak with a supervisor, I waited in the lobby and another staff member came out with a whole different story so I just decided to change providers. Im pretty sure other pediatrician wants our business I mean its 5 kids

This is the most bogus clinic possibly on the planet. They have a nighttime walk in for the little ones and here is how they structure it. You walk in and the only way theyll see you is if someone doesnt come to their appointment. The best part is say you show up at 5pm for a walk in and everyone makes it to their appointments on time. At 10pm when they close theyll just send you and your sick kid packing. What kind of a clinic that specializes in kids would send a sick child home. This is the most Bazaar thing Ive ever heard of. Luckily some people didnt make it to their appointment and after a 3 hour wait my daughter was able to see a doctor. On the other hand the doctor had wonderful bedside manner and was not only considerate but very thorough. I will never go back to this place though. When they told me I would have to leave if everyone made their appointment that was it for me.

The front desk is rude... Had me bring my 3 week old daughter out in the hot Texas weather and we wait for two hours for for them to tell me they want be able to see my daughter. I had called them early that day I had a question about the milk the doctor put her on they told me to bring her in I wasnt understanding why, I was thinking the doctor was going to give her some more samples of the milk until her next appointment and like I said we waited two hours for them to also say I just need to just buy my baby some more milk myself until she see the doctor again the next Tuesday. They couldve told me that over the phone instead of me having to bring my daughter out in the heat. I most definitely wouldnt advise anyone to go to these clinic they will waste your time and the front is also rud....

Poor service is all my family received from Pediatric Clinic of Mesquite. The doctors were decent but their billing department and other staff seem very incompetent. Pediatric Clinic of Mesquite charged me and billed my insurance because they claimed my insurance could not be verified. However, once the insurance was verified and billed they refused to give me a credit or reimbursement. When I attempted to get clarity on the matter I was told I had "two minutes to accept or I would not see a doctor." In addition, although we arrived for appointments early my children still had to wait 30 minutes to an hour before being seen. My family will not be returning after receiving such horrendous treatment. The one star rating is too much for this establishment.

This clinic just keeps getting horrible. Iv been going here for 2 years but today I decided to stop going here after I had to wait for an hour for a follow up appointment we had scheduled, my son never got seen we walked out! I was not going to wait 2 hours like I did the day we went in as a walk in. The only reason I waited 2 hours the day we went in as a walk in was because I understand that we were a walk in and it would take time for them to fit us in but Iv never had to wait so long when we had an appointment scheduled! Doesnt make since how long it takes to see a doctor but when you finally see a doctor they are in and out of the room with in 10mins.
