Ive been seeing Dr Nannis for many years now. My major problems have long been healed up, but I visit regularly so that small issues now dont turn into bigger issues later. I started seeing a Chiropractor while living in another state because my back and neck hurt severely. When I moved to Plano it wasnt easy to find a good Chiropractor until I started seeing Dr. Nannis. I was impressed with the fact he didnt stop with what was taught in Chiropractic school. He continues to learn new techniques that allow him to be even more effective in his practice. He is able to expertly determine what is causing a pain or discomfort and do what is needed to give relief and allow the body to heal. I had two disks in my neck that were nearly completely fused together from an accident I had years before. It took years for the damage from the accident to get to the point it inflicted pain and by then the bones were nearly fused together. And now that is completely healed up, the X-rays prove it. I have many friends with a pain in their leg, back or neck. I see them regularly and they are in so much pain. Oh its just a pinched nerve they tell me. I say why put up with that, go see my Chiropractor, he can fix it and allow your body to heal. They say oh it will go away, oh I just need an Advil. I dont believe our bodies were born with an Advil deficiency. Believe me Ive heard all the excuses and finally when they just cant stand the pain anymore they go see him. They get relief fast and their bodies finally heal up and they come back and thank me. If you need help with anything aching, hurting, tingling, go see Dr Nannis. Even that stiff neck you wake up with is your neck misaligned. He can fix that too. Its truly amazing to see things that look like diseases go away when the nerves get their signals properly. When organs cant get their impulses properly due to problems in the spine, it can affect your entire health. You can trust Dr. Nannis to get you back in shape. I have been a patient at Optimum Wellness Solutions for about 8 1/2 years. They have been super! I battle with mobility and neurological related issues due to Cerebral Palsy. I also primarily deal with, back, intestinal, and digestive issues. When I first began care, I was in much pain (7 or 8), and could not move well. For several years now, my overall pain level, and mobility level stays pretty consistently at a 1 or 2. The thorough and consistent care I have been receiving over the years up to now, even in the midst of falls and other mishaps has helped to keep me functioning in my job and daily responsibilities. Also, the dietary recommendations and supplements that I am on are definitely helping to restore health to my intestinal and digestive conditions. I believe that Optimum Wellness Solutions is committed to providing excellent cause-based whole health care. The doctors and staff are thorough, friendly, sensitive to the individual needs of myself, and their other patients. I have appreciated the many times that they have gone "the extra mile" to provide excellent care. Thank You Optimum Wellness Solutions for making a very positive difference in my overall health!

Dr Nannis and his wonderful team have been a God send for me for over the last almost 10 years that I have been a patient there. They are warm friendly, courteous, and have repeatedly gone the extra mile in a variety of ways to make sure that I have received excellent chiropractic care, and nutritional support. I also have appreciate all the preventive and proactive health care information that Dr Nannis makes available through his many interesting and interactive work shops, and sometimes video clips. Because of the care at Optimum Wellness Solutions, my pain level most of the time, is kept to a minimum, and I have been kept more mobile which has, helped in being able to be pretty active with work and life. Chiropractic I believe, should be part of everyones life, and Optimum Wellness Solutions is a great choice to begin making a,big difference!:Thank you OWS!

I would give 0 star if there is an option. Worst chiropractor ever! Not necessary to do X-ray at all. It cost $175, waste your money! He is eagerly to sell you his plan. If he can finish your treatment in once, he would divided it into 3 times and ask you come to visit often. His student is not professional at all. It costs $65 for one treatment from his students also, which is not helpful at all. Dont waste your time and money on him! Reponse to owners response. 1) Do we have to use our real name in our google account? "Google allows users to use any name they want across Google services". 2) Dr. Nannis says there is no student, only two "qualified doctors". Based on the quality of the treatment from his "student", the only title I can think of is "student" - not " well qualified doctors"

I have been seeing Chiropractors for ~20 years and am rather torn on this office. I feel there is very high pressure to pay for the membership or to visit very frequently, which is not what I have done because it isnt what my body needs. I think they fully believe in what they do & are passionate about it & passionate about the dollars. I am a number to them. During my last visit, I was charged $75 for the visit after being told that the doctor who was in office that day was no longer in-network for my insurance company. Was very surprised vs. my expectation of a $15 copay as per prior visits. When I inquired, the office manager did not apologize and seemed a slight bit irritated. Is too much hassle to try and track different docs who are part of the same office.

This place is horrible. If I could give them zero stars I would. I lost several hundred dollars due to a contract that they would not honor. This place is more like a business than a medical center. They charge for an x-ray & initial exam (not covered by insurance). They give you a "discount" for paying ahead - I bit. The adjustments were all right, but I just never warmed up to the place. I decided to discontinue service. Per the contract I was entitled to a refund, but I never got it. At some point decided to take a loss of the money - I just wanted to be as far away from this business as possible!

I have visited many chiropractors over the last 50 years. Dr Nannis & Dr. Stokes are the best that I have experienced. I am not a dollar sign to them Everyone in the office is friendly and truly care about my health. I used to have constant lower back pain and have been pain free since joining the Optimum Wellness family. I recently had double knee replacement surgery and needed advice concerning opioid use. Im off of opioids and managing my pain well. Because of Optimum Wellness I feel better so I live better.

Dr. Nannis and his staff are the BEST! The spinal decompression therapy brought me relief from my chronic back and leg pain! Dr. Nannis has a multitude of treatment options available and his focus on the health of the entire person (not just fixing the problem) is amazing! I highly recommend this wonderful group of caring people! Be good to yourself...go see Dr. Nannis!!
