Honest review. I really like Dr. Bunn. She is sweet and caring, and has no problems getting onto the kids if they arent taking care of their braces. Her front office staff is nice. If you are nice to them, they are nice to you. I have never had a problem there with any of the staff. I gave her 5 stars, but I schedule my appointments Saturdays, so I am not sure if it is just because it is a Saturday appointment or not...But, I have had to wait over an hour for one of my appointments, and I was on time, even a little early. That was once. Most of the time my wait time is less than 30 minutes. Also, she is upfront about her extra charges; for missed appointment times, and NSF fees on bounced checks, etc...but I have only missed one appointment and it was my fault so I accepted the consequences. I would highly recommend her to any of my family and friends that need braces. You wont be disappointed.

The dental assistants are not professional, used their phones while waiting for the doctor, they would talk about the doctor in front of patients. They are so busy all the time, Dr. Bun does not take the time with patients. Regret getting services there. Do not recommend to anyone.

I wound not recommend , Staff is horrible.. Discrimated my daughter refused service but toke my money that same day without hesitation now My daughter is stuck with there equipment That no one wants to touch ..

I believe they take too many appointments on one to one day bases almost 2 hr wait for a routine check up when before it was only 29min or less
