My experience here was excellent. I came for the $19 special, due to lack of funds I knew I couldnt get much more than x-rays done and I figured for $19 I could put myself one step closer to getting my bad tooth extracted. I walked in and was amazed I was so quickly serviced (Id called earlier but didnt make an appointment). The clinic was clean and a great deal larger than I first thought, it had a consultation area which was separate from the treatment area, and the treatment area was well equipped and modern. The dentist came to do the consultation and she went over everything with me despite my not having scheduled an appointment. She was very knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic which put me instantly at ease, and I was advised of what my best course of action was for both my immediate issue and my long-term dental treatment(as I also suffer from periodontal disease). What surprised me most about me recent visit is that the dentist herself was aware of the procedural costs and with what my insurance plan required as well as what they cover and went over ways that I might get the most benefit out off my insurance plan. The dentist and her staff genuinely seemed to care that I receive the best possible care and offered affordable solutions to help me get the treatment I need. The whole experience I had at this Comfort Dental clinic was simply an exceptionally refreshing one. I received a comprehensive exam, x-rays, a treatment schedule designed to meet my specific needs, and a script for antibiotics and pain relievers all for less than $20. If you are suffering like I have been with bad tooth pain and diseased gums all due to lack of money please do yourself a favor and check this place out. For those of you who do not have insurance, Comfort Dental apparently has its own payment plan that you can apply for so check them out. Also, this place is located just about a block in from 410, outside the loop? It beats trying to make it to one of those discount places downtown.

I have always hated going to the dentist, but I will always stick to Comfort Dental on West Avenue in S.A. , cause I have been treated by an unbelievable Dr ( Dr Monique Garcia) and was blown away by her professionalism and as well as the whole staff that actually treats you like you matter cause you do here. Im a loyal patient from now on. I thought I would be in a state of pain and nervousness, but contraire to my particular situation, this great Dr Garcia and the rest of the staff made a hell of a difference for me. Love yall at West Avenue more than yall know, Thank you all SO MUCH! I cant even say enough about these people, their OUTRAGEOUSLY BAD ASS . Dont believe me, give them a shot, youll be very pleasantly surprised.

Dr Allen is my dentist and has been for a number of years. He makes going to the dentist very much NOT like "going to the dentist". I have followed him to now the third location as he grows with the Comfort Dental group. I trust this guy and his team! I Now drive all the way across town but the way in which I am treated in his office is second to none. For someone who used to avoid going to the dentist that says a lot. Keep up the good work.

Dr. Allen & his staff provided a world class service experience. I also love the extended hours since I go to school full-time and work full-time. This morning I broke my bridge while getting ready for work. Bad start to the day. Dr. Allen and his fabulous staff were able to fit me in ASAP. I was in, out and off to work in no time. Everybody was so friendly I forgot I was having a bad day. Guess I just found my new family dentist.

Professional service. Walk into office and within few minutes after filling up application I was getting X rays and the doctor saw me right away. His associates were very helpful and friendly.Im looking foward for the doctor to take care of my whole family .

Been here for 4 cavities and a root canal and they r the most professional most courteous they care about how it effects your mouth your pain level your overall well being !!! Love this place and the associates and doctors and I hate all dentists lol

Dr. Allen is wonderful and very considerate. At all times hes friendly and truly caring. He personally calls you after seeing you to check in on you and make sure everythings ok. Hes a one of a kind dentist and Im proud to call him dentist.

Dr Garcia is so sweet and amazing. Ive been nervous about getting a root canal done but they were able to comfort me and assure me I have nothing to worry about. Also if youre worried about prices the gold plan helps out tremendously.
