First, the office staff is amazing with the exception of the office manager. In attempting to get the office to send a prescription for an urgent med, I found out the true colors of Dr. Caulfield and his office manager, for they both behaved liked jerks. Dr. Caulfield is no leader; he sides with his staff without finding out the details of why a paying customer/patient is angry. In this case, the office manager attempted to throw obstacles in my way of getting the med; he was lazy, accusatory, and arrogant. Dr. Caulfield was the leader and should have found out why I was so upset and smoothed the situation over. Instead, he was dismissive and disrespectful. Since he clearly favors his staff over paying customers, patients ought to find another doctor and let Dr. Caulfields staff pay his salary. Ill never again have contact with this doctor or the Texas Health Group, who obviously supports Dr. Caulfields unprofessional behavior.

I have been seeing Dr. Caulfield for over 3 years and have ALWAYS had excellent customer service from him and his staff. He is very wise, and listens to my health problems and then finds a solution. If my appointment is at 9am, they call me in at 9am, I never have to wait to see him. He is one of the few doctors I see that actually sees you at your appointment time. if you are looking for a high quality primary doctor, look no further, he is the BEST primary care doctor in town in my opinion.
