THIS PLACE IS THE WORST!!!!! in S.A. im a patient and l have to struggle almost every day to get help . l have to wait close to an hour to get help from a C.N.A or a Nurse when im in pain nurses Take for ever..i can hear other patients yelling for help and the C.N.A they can barely go to a room because theyre so busy helping one patient. A C.N.A told me that their bosses "Jorge" leave only one C.N.A on the floor to take Care of 13 patients!!! No wonder i dont get my showers on my shower day.and its not the nurses or C.N.A fault It really is the staffing! They really dont care about patients or their employees. I have seen a C.N.A cry 3 times she runs like crazy to try to help 13 patients! I have talked to supervisors and everything continues the same they dont fix the patient care means they dont care dont bring your loving ones here the phisical therapy isnt good either! ALSO!!! The food here is worst than the care! Jail food is probably better! Somebody call the state to check this place.

The facility has had a recent update and looks amazing. The staff are excellent and results driven. The team there are experts in Short Term Stays and able to get patients back home within a short amount of time. Highly recommend you see in person. They are not the newest in the area but their staff surpasses the others!

My father was there for only hours and the nurses almost killed him. Then once the ambulance came the nurses refused to provide their names. These "nurses" are in no way trained and are not compassionate human beings( to say lightly).

Because more than often you get one egg and a toast for breakfast instead of whats on the menu and then have them say its a culinary masterpiece lol I wish that was my only complaint was the food lmao

Great place. Great staff. They recently renovated a majority of the building and two patios. Looks great. Also just added an awesome memory care wing.
