My mother was admitted and stayed for five weeks. They left her to sit in her room and didnt allow her to walk without a two person assist. She couldnt even go to the restroom or get into bed by herself. The only time she got to get out of her chair was 45 minutes for rehab. But they didnt have her walk to rehab the wheeled her in wheel chair to and from rehab. My mother was doing better at home than she was in five weeks at the center. I am very unhappy with the lack of care that the center provided. And for the money we had to pay for help and rehab that never happened. I want to tell you that you have made my mother into a truly damaged person who can no longer walk more than four steps without falling and not being able to get into her own bed. She is now truly unable to function as a human being. Thanks for destroying her life and her families lifes. My poor dad is so overwelmed by the burden you have put in his hands. I hope your guilt haunts you forever.

My wife had lower back surgery and stayed at the Center at Lincoln for 40 days. The facility is clean and maintained immaculately and that includes the private rooms with their own bathrooms. The top 2 floors have 2 nurse stations each that care for the patients 24/7 and the staff is professional and caring. The 1st floor has a huge therapy gym and the physical and occupational therapists are all top notch. They are certified professionals and truly care. The food is also very good and the food service personnel are also very cognizant that they are serving patients. The administration staff is also professional and friendly. I highly recommend this rehab facility.

Do not go here !! they discharged my mom after only 8 days post surgery. She is 81 blind and thought she was ok to go gome and live alone. They lost all her medications and half of her clothes are missing. They refuse to let family talk to the Doctors and told us if we didnt like it to go to an urgent care. So we took her to the hospital ER and the admitted her and her ortho surgeon is appalled. He found her a good care facility and finally in rehab again . She was terribly traumatized and staff un empathetic. She had hip replacement last year and needed 6 weeks to recover not 8 days !! Huge Liability place

I arrived here from the hospital due to a fall and a previous surgery. I was weak, depressed and really did not think at 63 I would get my body tone back. I was greeted by the friendliest, heartwarming Drs, Nurses, CNAs, Physical and occupational therapist who ship you up in shape in know time. From the Activities director. Housekeeping to the Kitchen everyone is so polite and helpful. I was sad to leave, but confident of my health and the tools given to me by the staff to continue my good health. I would definitely refer The Center at the Lincoln for rehab or Skilled facility and your loved ones care.

I spent 3 1/2 months here from Dec. 2015 to April 2016. Amazing nursing staff and outstanding therapy department. The two (PT and OT) I had are the reasons I was able to transfer to home rather than Long Term Care. I highly recommend it to anyone needing this type of a facility. Dee Myslik

What a fabulous place! The rooms and bathrooms are all private and the care is outstanding. Im told they recently had a flawless survey from Medicare. The food is better than most hotel restaurants Ive stayed in and the therapy gym is the largest Ive ever seen. Highly recommend!

Had both my knees replaced about 9 months ago and spent 10 days here for physical therapy. The entire staff was awesome. I did very well here thanks to them. I am so thankful I found this facility.

excellent staff, nice rooms but beds are like torture chambers. I should stay a bit longer but heading home for sleep.
