Have had very good experience so far- they continue to be responsive and attentive to my Mothers needs and wishes. I spoke to the new owner/ Donny and he gave me his personal assurances that they would take care of my mother and they have certainly come through. I chose Brightstar bc they did not mandate a minimum on hours for skilled care which is unique and have been very happy with the care and thoughtfulness they continue to give my mom.
