I have had a wonderful experience with Extended Family Home Care. I had to go through fertility treatment to become pregnant. Afterward, I had to be bed rest/ light activities due to complications. I couldnt lift any weights, and need help with household chores. My husband has a traveling job, and had to return to work. I was initially anxious about having someone come into my home. We interviewed several companies to find a caretaker for me. The staff in Extend Family Home Care was profession and very helpful. It was reassuring to know that the caretaker had been through training, and background checks. It was good to know that in the case that the primary caretaker was unavailable, there was someone else to fill in. With the exception of one day, I have had the same caretaker throughout. She helped me for everything that I requested: including: doing laundry, cooking, grocery shopping, picking up medication, walking the dog, lawn work and cleaning. She was very efficient and did a really great job. She was very friendly and nice. I felt that I can really trust her and have developed a good relationship with her. The support really made a different for me. I highly recommend this company and service to anyone!

We used Extended Family Home Care when my 92 year old mom was released from rehab after a fall. She needed 24/7 care for a few weeks. Rachel met with us at the care facility and provided a seamless transition to her home. Our experience with EFHC has been amazing since the very beginning. They make sure there is communication to us about her status and her progress. Rachel and Care Coordinator, Leah, have always made themselves available to us to answer questions and to modify the care plan whenever needed. We couldnt be more impressed with how the business is run. Everyone is very pleasant, positive, and professional. I could write forever about how absolutely wonderful moms care team is. They adore mom, and you can tell they genuinely love their line of work. They are reliable, trustworthy, competent, and really, just a ray of sunshine! Mom and our family consider her care team part of the family. They treat mom with dignity and respect, allowing her to be as independent as possible. This is very important to mom and to me. It has been a year since we began with EFHC, and they have been there for us as moms needs have changed. I cant imagine life without them.

Extended Family is one of the best things that has ever happened to dad. When mom passed away dad was left lost as mom did everything for him. It was so important for him to remain in his home where he and mom created so many memories together and raised a family. He realized he was no longer able to manage his daily living needs. I found Extended Family, Inc. on the internet and from that moment on they really have become "Extended Family" to us. Rachel went above and beyond to ensure the two caregivers she assigned to dad were a perfect match to his personality and needs. They really cared for dad as if he were their own dad treating him with love and respect. Excellent. Caring. Professional. We had another home care company before Extended Family, and they were OK. However, we looked for a different home care company after our first one showed an inability to change and strategize with changes as they cared for my elderly Father. We changed to Extended Family and are so glad we did. Extended Family care was warm, professional, caring, thoughtful, and adaptive. Communication was excellent. We saw positive changes in my Fathers health and happiness right away. As health went up and down, Extended Family worked with us to change care and bring my Father back up to a better state. I cannot say enough good things about Extended Family - there were no negatives, which was amazing with such a complicated and personal issue as caring for an elderly parent.

My mother wasnt eating well or taking very good care of herself. Our family was all together over the holidays, and decided it was time to get her a little help. Mom is 94, and it has always been important to her to stay at home. We contacted Extended Family Home Care because of their outstanding reviews, and we like that they are not a franchise. Their website is warm, and it just felt right from the start. Moms caregiver is very kind, and we all appreciate her so much. Gwen helps mom with many things including showers, housekeeping and laundry, shopping and appointments, medication, and making sure she eats a healthy meal. Mom enjoys her company and looks forward to her visits. Thank you very much. We wouldnt know what we would do without you!
