We used this company to help my mother with dementia. We were dissatisfied with the high turn over of caregivers and switched to another, much better, company. I was told not to discharge my mother from their system. Since then I have requested to do that three times and asked for my initial deposit back. I spoke to the owner who (despite never sending me a bill) says that I owe her money... suspicious that I havent heard a word until I have requested my refund back. I informed the owner that to prove or disprove her assertion, I will have to go through three years of checks and invoices. She then literally screamed at me over the phone and said I had no integrity (this is because she says I owe her $20.....) and the hung up on me! What kind of treatment is that to a client? This "owner" offers no benefit to this community and shouldnt be in business. AVOID AT ALL COSTS! Trusting a company to come into your Mothers home and life is a huge step - it requires trust and integrity - neither of which is displayed by this company.

I have been fortunate enough to be part of the team with Home Instead Senior Care in Colorado Springs for a little over 2 years now. I love coming to the office every day knowing that we are making such a difference in our seniors lives. I work with such an amazing team that is passionate about what we do. I have had Home Instead care for my own Aunt and was comforted knowing that she was in good hands while at work. I would highly recommend working or using Home Instead Senior Care for your loved one.
