I started my home health therapy with Benefit Home Health Care on July 7, 2016. The first provider who came to my home was Davida, an RN. She went over some paperwork and asked some questions, it was an initial assessment. I was already impressed! Davida was so pleasant and we had a good conversation about supplements and products that she and I both had purchased from QVC or on-line shopping. She immediately took up my throw rugs! That was an indication to me that Davida representing Benefit Home Healthcare, was genuinely concerned about the safety in my home. The next provider to come into my home was Angela, a Physical Therapist to initiate treatment, to get my Physical Therapy Treatment sessions started. Angela was very polite yet professional and she got the ball rolling! Next visit was the Occupational Therapist, Rachel. She checked out my home to ensure I was able to be mobile without any safety issues. Rachel also assisted me in retrieving my mail. We had a good day! The Physical Therapist Benefit assigned to me to begin my treatment sessions is Marcia. When I first met Marcia I thought this therapist looks so young and shes probably "new" to this! However, after working with Marcia after the initial visit I was totally shocked and impressed! I immedately felt better even aftèr the first session! Marcia was very thorough and knowledgeable right from the start! She went over my treatment plan and explained to me of the exercises I were to do to increase my range of motion ( mostly) and being able to flex my knee and start walking again! Marcia warned me that her therapy sessions are tough! At first I was like ((sigh))Ill never get through this! Marcia has a way of helping the patient (me), achieve my goals that she and I discussed in the initial treatment plan. She is a very good therapist! She and I worked together in therapy and she pushed me and cheered me on to get through the hard exercises in my treatment sessions with her. Marcia is very perceptive and you can feel the positive energy flowing from her! Shes proof that you cant judge a book by its cover! Marcia is a very smart and pretty young woman and a great therapist who knows her stuff! Marcia introduced a "new" (to me )piece of equipment to use in my home. Angela worked hard to get it approved. Since I started seeing Marcia from Benefit, I feel like I am on the right track to be completely healed and I have all the tools I need to succeed. Marcia is the best! I am so thankful to have Benefit Home Healthcare come into my home. I made a good choice. I sincerely hope Benefit recognizes their employees because these Professionals deserve it! I will miss Marcia when I begin outpatient therapy. If I could have it my way, I would continue my treatment right here in my home with Marcia. Ive had alot of therapists over the last couple of years and Marcia is at the top! Thank- you Benefit for sending both Marcia and Angela to me!

My experience with Benefit Home Health Care has been outstanding. My primary contact has been with Marcia, the physical therapy technician. Marcia brings tremendous enthusiasm to our physical therapy sessions. Each secession she brings new exercises which have helped to accelerate my recovery. She continually offers positive feedback and is always looking to make that little adjustment to improve and hasten my recovery. Marcia went above and beyond her responsibilities when she recognized that a problem I was having with my INR might be helped by visiting the Health Learning Center (a Coumadin Specialty Center). Thanks to Marcia and Benefit Home Health Care, I am making great progress in my recovery from a total hip replacement. I highly recommend their services.

Ben was my PT and Leslie was my RN for my in home therapy post surgery. Ben was very informative and patient with me in my hip replacement recovery process. Leslie was very kind and listened to my concerns regarding my meds and my wound care. They made me feel like they really cared about my recovery and cared about me as a patient not just a customer. My only regret is that I didnt have them during my recovery on my first hip replacement surgery! I wish I could take Ben with me to my outpatient therapy appointments LOL! After referring Benefit Home Health many times because of their excellent quality, I had the opportunity to experience their great service first-hand. They took very good care of my (very stubborn) grandmother after we had a negative experience with another agency. The nurses and therapists were prompt, communicated well, and always arrived when they said they would (or called ahead if they were going to be late). I would happily use their service again if another need arises.
