Very poor organizational, professional and communication skills. Schedulers decided to randomly redo my dads schedule without telling anyone and CNAs and PTs would just randomly show up instead of at their scheduled times. Then they would get mad at us and act like it was our fault. This company is only looking out for themselves. When my dad called their manager to tell her that he felt unsafe and unimportant to them; she gave him a run around and acted like it was our fault her organization has a problem understanding time or how to be an understanding, efficient manager. I feel bad for the few employees (Patti, Sarah and Lorinda) that I met who had were just doing what they were told, and actually care about the people they are helping. I will never allow this provider in my familys home again. I DO NOT recommend Complete to anyone.

Poor service arrived 1hour late with no call. Did not know how to clean catheter even when provided instructions. Did not administer.infusion as directed by hospital. That is now costing me $50 a day for 30 days. When I voiced my complaint there was no apology, no responsibility taken and a poor attitude. Prior experiences were also disappointing. From having no contact for almost 2 weeks to having a therapist asking me to talk to another medical professional in order to help a business he was starting. Find someone else.

The staff was uncareing to the needs of my family and had MANY problems with scheduling. I theft is a HUGE problem along with HONESTY in hours!
