Im actually a caregiver and have had relatively good experience with Apria, except a few phone order issues. But this review asked SPECIFICALLY about the LOCAL one only, and people should really only review that one to be fair. (No, I dont work, nor have I ever for Apria. I just dont think its fair that a place, ANY place, get bad reviews for things they had NO control over.) My review is SPECIFICALLY about the local PUEBLO Apria. We were having issues getting them to understand on the phone order line (auto call, when they remembered) to what exactly we needed for O2 supplies. I finally went to the office and had no wait, told the lady the problem, got what we needed (and wanted originally), was given a different -local- number to call for supplies, had questions answered, got excellent service, and was in-and-out in no time at all! The one time we had an issue with the LOCAL Pueblo office was when someone came out to check a machine. Besides that, anyone that came out for deliveries, equipment checks, or the nurse/coach (cant remember what they called her, but she made sure we knew how to use stuff, it fit, and worked for us) was great! One even made a delivery when they were supposed to be headed in, just because we needed something urgently and the office was closing right then! Much better than Roth Medical! People complaining about Medicaid and their CPAP machines probably were dealing with them. I know we were having tons of problems with them... Trying to meet benchmarks or whatever for CPAP usage - come to find out the machine wasnt transmitting... But yea...

My husband has sleep apnea and I called them to get him a new c pap machine, talked to a representative and she looked up his account and said he is eligible for a new machine as long as we complete all the requirements by September. So I must of talked to at least three representatives in one day. Time went by this was in late July by August I hadnt heard from anyone, so I called again and this time they informed me that since his insurance provider changed we would have to wait until they could verify his insurance, not happy with this information since the machine he has now has a warranty on it, from what the first representative told me. By this time a couple weeks later no phone call from the company and Im getting frustrated because the machine he has is falling apart and our primary insurance is running out since we had to cancel it because we cant afford it any more, needless to say a representative called us back to inform us his insurance didnt pay for a new machine. To make a long story short this company only cares about a profit and not their patients.

Their overseas customer service is the worst. By law when you request a state side service they are required to do so, not keep transfering you back to customer service or transfer you to a busy line. Requested call from local company, never received. Wifes order has been incorrect twice, they just dont care. But when they call you for orders their calls come from state side.

Called the local office to re-order supplies for my bi-pap device. After the initial, somewhat annoying multiple choice phone interaction (in widespread use, I know) I placed my order with a pleasant and efficient young man who answered my questions and completed the order quickly. This is my first time re-ordering supplies from there, and Ill use them again.

This is the worst company ever. They never show up on time if they show up at all, billing is awful, customer service is horrible. This company needs to be turned over to the BBB.
