If I could give 0 stars, I would. I left 3 messages with someone over the course of 9 days with a promise that the nurse would return my call. On the ninth day I called again and the nurse hadnt even looked at my file in the nine days. I can blindly order supplies over the internet and avoid the abysmal customer service here.
