The employees make the mistakes and I get blamed for it 95% or so of the emplyees spend a lot of personal time on their devices and get me in trouble doing it They also say that there is something wrong with being friends One particular employee claims that she knocked on my door this morning Mist mornings she patiently waits while I finish what I am doing to answer the door Well I never heard the knocks because she usually yells my name out They arent supposed to be on their phones except for business from the office but this employee like most of the others spends a lot of the time on facebook and other nonwork oriented stuff on wi-fi She claims that I bother her by posting something on her facebook timeline Employees and clients should be able to be friends while in the clients homes but not get too friendly

They dont care for their patients well-being. Worse place ever. Experienced first hand one of the home health provider and shes awful, however Grandmother bonded with her and refused to let her go even though her home was literally swarming in filth as well as the provider not coming in every day. Im sure they arent following state protocol, I havent seen a nurse or anyone to check the status of the home. Family cleans the house as best they can doing the companys job for them. Called the supervisor Monica to complain they said as long as patient claimed she was satisfied there was nothing they could do (when there is so theres nothing they would do), she basically told me they dont give a damn about the welfare of my grandma.

Great place to work. Excellent place to get help for your loved ones who need it. They service many areas in the Texas area. I have worked as an State Auditor for a few agencies in TX, and I would recommend this OUTREACH HEALTH SREVICES agency to my family members and friends any time they would need home health care services.
